This home is beautiful. The kitchen was great and had some staples. Bathrooms were clean. The rainfall shower is nice but not the best for everyday use. The hot tub was awesome. Close to downtown and many restaurants. We walked most mornings for coffee. Quick walk to the lake.

We really enjoyed the house. It was roomy and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a real bonus. Would definitely like to stay there again on another trip to Coeur d’Alene.

We had an excellent stay on this beautiful property!
The home itself was clean and spacious, it was also stocked up with toiletries, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. - it was very comfortable and felt like home.
My only caveat was the lack of privacy in the backyard due to the fence not going all the way around. It’s also a REALLY quiet neighbourhood, so we just didn’t feel too comfortable utilizing the back yard as we didn’t want to make any noise.
Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would recommend this property!

Beautiful home in a great location! Perfect for my 5 and 8 year old. They loved the bunk beds and that there were toys there. Looking forward to coming back!

Great place to stay in CdA! Nicely nestled into a quiet neighborhood but still very easily walkable to the night life, park, and the carousel (which our kids had to ride 3 times before we left town).

We had a great time having our family reunion here. Everything was stocked and I mean everything. Outside of food they had it all covered. The home does get warm in the summer so make sure to turn on the a/c early and be conscious of using the oven as it warms the home quickly. The front steps need a little work to stabilize and I would not recommend the elderly use the front, the back is great and near the alley parking. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

If you are coming to Coeur d’Alene and you have children, then this is the place for you. They have everything you will need, high chair, toys, games, lots of beds for all the kids to hang out in the same room, child gate for the stairs, spoons, plates, utensils, step stool for the potty, Porta Crib, a nice backyard for lots of outside play and so much more! You literally won't have to bring a thing!
Now, for the adults, it is also a great place to stay with a big screen tv in the living area (with Netflix, Prime, etc. available if you bring your own login information), tvs in each bedroom, brand new washer/dryer combo, keurig and regular coffee makers, hot tub and a great deck with nice patio furniture! Beds are extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows.
You will feel like you're in a little cabin in the woods, but within great walking distance to main street (Sherman Ave.) and all the restaurants and shops you need!!

Amazing house with everything you need! Had all the little things anyone could want - laundry, kitchen, hairdryer, etc. We used the grill and fire table the first night for a nice evening. Walkable to everything and very quiet. We will stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

I booked this Airbnb for a men's trip to golf in Coeur d'Alene. This place was perfect for the 6 men we had total, with enough beds for everyone (and enough bathroom space!). We enjoyed utilizing the deck and hot tub out back after our rounds of golf, and we appreciated that it was walking distance to the downtown area so that we could walk down and get a beer at a local bar after golf.

We were in Coeur d’alene for a soccer tournament and this worked out perfect! Walking distance to downtown and the water, great restaurants and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

We liked our stay. Home was clean and check-in was easy with door code & wifi password provided online. It was walkable to the lake, park, and restaurants. It was kid-friendly with bunkbeds, Pack n’ Play, multiple toys, stair gate, high chair.

We had a great stay at this little house. It was beautifully decorated and modern. Everything was great about it. Except the master bedroom does get really cold at night. Wish there was a little heater. Also the two top stones are really loose. Almost tripped over them.
Other then those 2 thing’s everything else was absolutely amazing! Thank you.

House was very nice and comfirtable and close to the lake. My only conplaint was the hot tub was not clean and usable which was one of the main reasons I rented this house so that was disappointing, but everything else about the home was top notch.

The Forest Chateau was a fantastic choice for our stay in the area. Perfect for two couples and 5 children. First class amenities and the house boasted a great location. We enjoyed the hot tub and amazing back deck.

This property is in an EXCELLENT location. You are a quick walk to the lake, hiking trails, coffee/food/bars - really anything you'd need!
We were there with a group of 6 adults for a bachelorette party, but this property is also a great candidate for families. I have a small child and couldn't help but notice the features that would've accommodated my family (e.g., stools, baby gates, children's utensils).
The photos of the property are beautiful, but truly do not do the space justice. It is well kept, clean, and open. We kept commenting on the quality of the furniture and bedding too.
The property owner was so quick to message and provide detailed, tailored recommendations.

Normally this place is a great deal, but during the Ironman they charged double, but awesome location to walk to festivities. Internet was painfully slow. Advertised cable TV for local channels and sports but couldn’t find it. Just streaming. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Trash pickup was 6 am so should advise to put it out the night before. Overall very nice but not sure how you could sleep 11 as advertised.

Best company we have dealt with. Good communication and the check out rules were the best. Other places charge a cleaning fee and then expect you to do the cleanup for them. All that was asked was to pick up after ourselves. Highly recommend

The house was great! It was well stocked with essentials and had everything anyone would need for their stay…. The best part was that it was a 10 min walk North or South to get to amazing restaurants and shops.
Property company was very quick to respond and offer suggestions to questions we had too. This helped us have an amazing time, would book again if in the area!

Home has a great outdoor space to play yard games, card games on the awesome patio furniture, grill out, and hot tub. Inside is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfy beds, adequate kitchen supplies. Would not hesitate booking this place again in the future.

This house was beautiful and just a short walk to the lake and shopping. The management company is great and very responsive. The first night of my stay I ran out of propane and they arrived no more than ten minutes later with a new tank. This is unheard of!

We had such a great time and would definitely rent again! The location was perfect. The house was in pristine condition and I loved the decor. It was a great anniversary trip for my husband and I but we would love to bring our children next time as the bunk room upstairs was adorable!

Super clean and very accommodating. A lot of amenities and baby / kids stuff that we weren't expecting. That was a nice surprise. The hot tub was nice but I think the water needs cleaning, it was a little smelly. Other than that we were comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

This house was beautiful and conveniently located for easy walking to downtown. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. There were 5 of us staying there and we had plenty of room. If we had more guests with us, I'm not sure the living room furniture would have accommodated us. That was the only thing lacking was lots of comfortable sitting space in the living room. I would suggest some kind of sectional. Overall fantastic house and we had a great weekend!

Great house! We really enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us total. The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and only about a block from downtown. The tall patio table had a fire feature which was perfect for the cool evenings. Hot tub was nice too. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and will stay again. This well appointed home was clean, comfortable and layed out well. The deck was set up nicely with comfortable furniture and a firetable. In addition the location was super close to downtown allowing a short walk to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and lake access.

Very clean and great location! The house is very spacious and comfortable for the amount of guests we had (8), and the backyard was amazing! The kitchen was a great size and so many amenities, was especially relieved to find that they had children’s dish ware, a high chair, and lots of toys and games! We loved our stay here!

Perfect place if you’re an outdoor type of person, fire pit, fire table, barbecue, hot tub, lawn etc. Will definitely be coming back! Fairly secluded as well, didn’t have to worry too much about neighbors or noise as much as we anticipated.

Perfect! Three couples stayed here while racing IM70.3. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the race and to downtown. The house is loaded with everything that you would need to make a comfortable stay. The back deck is the perfect place to hang out as it gets sun early in the day and then is shaded for afternoon cocktails. The kitchen was stocked will everything you need including sharp knives!

This rental was amazing! We had rented the location for a long weekend to celebrate a friends bachelorette party and the location of this rental was absolutely amazing!! We were able to walk everywhere from restaurants, to breweries, and finished our weekend at the local dancing club right down the street. Tons of parking made it possible for people to arrive at separate times and the layout of the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Tons of mirrors made 8 of us showering, getting dressed, and doing our makeup on 3 separate days as easy as it can get! We were able to easily log into the TV streaming services to watch movies during the mornings and were able to hang by the fire after our evenings out. I could not speak more highly of this location.
