Looking to get away and reconnect with family, friends, and the great outdoors but want all the conveniences of home? Gem Shores was crafted with you in mind. You'll spend days exploring the North end of Hayden Lake and nights by the firepit under the pines before cozying into one of four plush beds.

This home sits on 5 private acres. The large upstairs has an open living room space to gather with leather seating and a large flat screen to stream all your favorite movies and TV shows. The dining table seats 6 with another table just around the corner in the breakfast nook with seating for 4 more and deck access. The large kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances for all your cooking needs! 

Before you head downstairs check out the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom. This bathroom has separate vanities, a soaking tub, private toilet cubby with standing shower and a large walk in closet. Next door to the master is the second bedroom with a queen bed, hardwood floors and a personal sliding glass door for access to the deck. A guest bathroom sits between the two with a tub and shower combo.

Downstairs there is more fun to be had. You'll walk into a second living room with Smart TV and electric fireplace for cozy movie nights. A bar stands to your right and beyond it is the game room with a full size pool table and darts. Around the corner is the 3rd bedroom with another queen bed and sliding door access to the lower patio. The 3rd bathroom is just down the hall with a tub and shower combo as well. On the other end of the second living room is a foosball table leading right to the 4th bedroom. This room has a twin over twin trundle bed.

Head outside to enjoy the privacy of the backyard. A grassy yard and stone paved path will lead yo to the firepit. Roast marshmallows and tell your best ghost stories and your create life long memories at Gem Shores. Explore beyond the gate into the 5 acres of land and forest surrounding the home. 

This home has WiFi service but the trees make cell service touchy, so there is a landline located in the laundry room.
