Laketown Oasis is a great place for entertaining family and enjoying Coeur d'Alene at its finest! Not far from downtown, midtown, and the highway, this centrally-located home has enough room for the whole family. With a fenced yard, indoor gym, and plenty of extras, you'll wish you could stay longer.

The first thing you'll find in this sunny rancher is a classic entry space to hang your jackets before enjoying the home. Follow the wood floors into the living room complete with comfortable seating, bookshelf, and large Smart TV ready to stream your favorites from Netflix to Prime Video. 

You'll find the first two bedrooms through the archway. The first is perfect for the little ones with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), desk space, and a rocking recliner. Down the hall, the next bedroom awaits with a King bed, stylish seating, and a dresser and closet space for all your personal items. Between the rooms, you'll find the first updated bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combo and detailed tile vanity with plenty of lighting for easy morning prep.

Pass through the elegant archways and into the galley kitchen, well-stocked and full of natural light. The dark cabinets create a fun style while expansive counter space makes cooking a breeze! Continue into the dining room with seating for 4 and enjoy the warm summer sun from the large corner windows. Open the accordion doors to find a full washer and dryer set.

Follow the stairs down to the lower level to find a family room/gym space, bringing fitness right to you without ever leaving the home! Here you'll find a Nordic Track treadmill, a wide range of free weights, fitness mat, ball, blocks, and rollers, and a large Smart TV to access your favorite fitness classes. Or, relax on the leather sofa and enjoy music from the keyboard.

On this lower level, you'll find the third bedroom, a stylish oasis with a King and cozy, cultivated style. Across the way, you'll find the second bathroom with a standing shower and ample space to get ready for the day.

When you're ready to venture outside, step through the gate to find a fully fenced yard for the kids and dogs to run around while you enjoy an evening glass of iced tea or grill dinner on the BBQ. The garage is available to park one car and contains many extra things for you to use during your stay.
