Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from beautiful Downtown Coeur d’ Alene, where you can enjoy local dining and shopping along Sherman Avenue as you make your way to the city parks, beaches and Tubbs Hill. Step outside into the backyard and you will find Person Park just behind the home, perfect for a stroll or for the kids to run and play.

From the moment you step inside this single level home the open floor plan will put you at ease for your vacation. This pristine home features beautiful wood flooring and modern decor throughout. The living room creates a comfortable space to relax and watch TV as you wind down from day or to gather with friends and family on the large cozy couch.
