Rimrock Ranch is a beautiful private property featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and enough space for 10. The 1.5 acres of land in stunning Hayden, Idaho provide you with privacy and peace to enjoy all four seasons amongst the pines in the beautiful Inland Northwest.

You’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive at Rimrock Ranch! A covered porch greets you as you pull into the large gravel driveway with plenty of parking for you and your guests. Enjoy the surrounding trees and the peaceful, secluded feeling as you make your way inside.
LIVING SPACE:
On the main level, you’ll be drawn to gather in the fully remodeled kitchen with its bright, open layout. This space blends the classic farmhouse style of a butcherblock island and deep porcelain sink with high-end appliances. It even boasts a forest view from nearly every angle. And with seating for two at the island, you can enjoy a little company while showing off your culinary skills.
Just across the hardwood floors, you’ll find the dining area with seating for six. This space even comes with a large, mounted TV for Sunday Night Football over a table of game snacks, or crafts with the kids while their favorite TV show plays. Or take dinner outside to the deck where you’ll find a large outdoor table and seating for 10. Enjoy the treetop view with your favorite beverage and let the sounds of nature be your soundtrack on this private deck.
Back inside, you’ll find two bedrooms conveniently located on the main level, one with a queen bed and a well-lit desk nook with a 180-degree view of the property, perfect for any working, reading, or writing time you have planned during your trip. Located on a lush 1.5 acres of Idaho land, you’ll enjoy gentle rolling lawns and mature landscaping surrounding the home.
Located just minutes from Hayden Lake, you’ll find Honeysuckle beach at the southern end of the lake, a sandy public beach with picnic space, a long dock and large swimming area, and a boat launch. At the northern point of the lake, you’ll find Sportsman’s boat launch as a second option for putting in your own watercraft.
And although you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of the Idaho wilderness, you’re only a few minute's drive to famous local dining options like the Porch Public House and Radicci’s Italian Bistro.
