The Riverfront Retreat is just that, a retreat from reality allowing you to relax in a stunning home with vaulted ceilings, endless windows with views of the river, open concept living, 4 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, a huge backyard, patio, firepit & your very own dock!

LOCATION:
While you may feel like you are off the beaten path at our lakefront home you will still be conveniently located, only 15 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene. That makes it easy to collect groceries, go shopping, go out to eat or visit the many different attractions that the area has to offer!

Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.

Everyone has their own space to spread out & relax at the Riverfront Retreat without having to worry about sharing a bathroom!

The home has 4 bedrooms total with the ability to sleep 12 guests
Bedroom 1: King Bed with Private Ensuite (downstairs)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Private Ensuite (downstairs)
Bedroom 3: King Bed with Private Ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin Over Twin Bunks with a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a Private Ensuite (upstairs)

All our bedrooms have plenty of space to unpack to feel at home & are complete with comfortable mattresses, luxury linens & dreamy pillows to guarantee a restful night’s sleep!

LIVING SPACE:
When you step foot into the home you might be left breathless looking out the wall of windows to see the large yard & river. All the natural light energizes the home & main living space. The open concept bottom floor features the living room with 2 sofas, 2 armchairs & a TV. The living area moves right into the dining area with a large table sitting 8 people. The dining area opens into the expansive kitchen with a center island, lots of counter space, & bar top seating for 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster & a single cup Keurig coffee maker. All the cookware, utensils, glassware & dishes are available to use making it easy to whip up a meal for your whole group during your stay!

If you head upstairs, you will find the loft area that is complete with a couch & more seating along with an additional TV. This space is perfect for the kids to hang out in their own area while the adults relax!


OUTSIDE:
If you book the Riverfront Retreat, you may spend most of your time outside. When you step out of the living room out onto the partially covered patio you can look out over the huge grassy yard and to your private access to the river. The patio is complete with 2 outdoor dining tables if you would like to enjoy a meal al fresco as well as a BBQ grill. One of the key features to this property is that there are no hills, it is a flat lot of land with straight access to the water and ample parking.

As you walk toward the water there is a large seating area in the middle of the yard & additional dining space as well as some lounge chairs.

If you continue to walk towards the water, you will see the firepit which is perfect to enjoy the sounds of the water at night while looking up at the twinkling stars.

But the best part of the home may very well be the private dock & private water access. Make sure to bring your kayaks, SUP’s, and floaties to enjoy the water! Fish off the dock in the mornings or jump in to cool down during the afternoon. The dock allows for only one boat to be moored using the boat ties on the west side of the dock.

When you enter through the private gates of the home in the front yard, there is plenty of parking for the whole group!

The city has ride-share vehicles available throughout, however you will be a bit out of town so having your own car to get around & visit different areas of the lake would be ideal.
