Upon entering, the open living space greets you with hardwood floors throughout. The living room boasts comfortable sofas-which convert into a full-sized pullout --and a large flat screen to stream all your favorite movies and TV shows. The dining table for 6 sits beside a set of French doors that open wide to the lake view and upper deck. This first outdoor space is complete with a BBQ grill, additional table seating for 4, retractable awning, and comfortable rocking chairs for easy relaxation.

Back inside, the kitchen wraps around the rest of the great room with its charming farmhouse style, white cabinetry, white subway tile, farm sink, huge kitchen Island, polished concrete countertops, and industrial lighting. With the open concept and amazing lake views, you’ll never miss a moment of fun while cooking!

Round the corner to find the first bedroom with a king bed, additional seating, and armoire. The baskets under the bed double as storage for additional bedding so you can cozy up on cool nights. Next door, the first full bathroom awaits with fresh style, a bath/shower combo, and ample lighting for your morning routine.

Take the spiral staircase down to the lower level where you’ll find the primary bedroom and a King bed. The exposed aggregate flooring cushions your feet all the way around the bed and into the large primary bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer to freshen your beach towels.

Open the top of the Dutch door in this lower-level suite to catch a lakeshore breeze, or exit out onto the lower deck to find shaded seating and lots of room to run around. Take the illuminated stairs down to the flagstone fire pit area with a masonry fire pit ready for roasting marshmallows and making memories. Continue down to the waterfront and jump off the dock with a ladder, the perfect way to squeeze more fun into the day.
