Welcome to this hidden gem of Coeur d’Alene! Syringa Retreat is a quiet, stylish escape with room for the whole family. With its idyllic location—close to downtown, but not too close—and its expert blend of modern and vintage, you’ll want to discover every inch.

Upon arriving, an open entryway greets you with a place to hang your jackets and store your bags. Turn the corner to discover a freshly renovated interior with nostalgic details. The main living room boasts plentiful seating, a large Smart TV, and a beautiful gas fireplace. Follow the hardwood floors into the dining room where the large wooden table seats 8, with two extra chairs and a table leaf available for dinner parties. You’ll even find a working rotary telephone seat with a landline for all your important calls.

Across the hall, the first bathroom shines with crisp wainscoting and marble tile. On either side, you’ll find two beautifully renovated bedrooms, one with a queen bed and exposed wood-beamed ceilings and wrought iron charm, the other with a plush full bed and bright, cottage-like details.

Back through the dining room, you’ll find an open kitchen with knotted wood cabinets, upgraded appliances, and additional seating for two. There’s even a countertop jukebox and plenty of tile flooring for dancing.

Around the corner lives a new washer and dryer set, and beside it you’ll find the third bedroom. This colorful room boasts refinished hardwood floors and a comfortable full bed. Into the en suite, a beautiful clawfoot tub sits beside exposed brick detail. Right outside the sliding door, you’ll find a quiet deck with semi-private seating for two.

Down the stairs, a truly unique space awaits. First, a cinema for six invites you to snuggle in with a good movie on the big screen TV. Around the corner, a large wooden bar invites you to pull up one of eight seats while a party light dances above. A red refrigerator holds all your cold beverages while a vintage slot machine keeps the night rolling. There’s even a candy dispenser to satisfy that sweet tooth. The lower level is rounded out with the fourth bedroom, a quiet retreat with a queen bed and simple desk.

Outside, you’ll find a manicured patio with seating around a firepit. A lush, fenced yard and mature trees shade you on this quiet street, lending the perfect outdoor space for unwinding after a busy day of exploring.
