first off the place is beautiful but I feel like the pictures that are on the website are very misleading it states and shows that there is a dock right outside the door which is very untrue you have to go down a cliff which is private property and then cross a road to get to the private doc it’s not right on the lake in the pictures make it look like it’s right on the lake very misleading also it says there is a Jacuzzi which there is but the water is old smelling and stagnant didn’t smell good at all so that’s very disappointing also when it’s nice and cold outside and you want to dip in a Jacuzzi and it’s old old water also I booked it through Airbnb as soon as I did so it made me go to an unauthorized website to put my driver’s license in and all that verification stuff which I’ve already done with Airbnb and airbnp has Specific Instructions Not to do second unauthorized stuff I try to back out and I would have lost my non-refundable paid in full money made me feel was uneasy .

Lovely location, the views were absolutely stunning. We loved sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. The house was very comfortable and we loved the setting near the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the dock as well. The house worked well for grandparents to be upstairs and adults with kids downstairs. Lots of space for everyone and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was a close drive to restaurants, shopping, and fun activities. We recommend getting bikes and riding around the lake!

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving trip. We enjoyed the view from the home. Just as beautiful at night as it is in the day, We only used two bedrooms and they were wonderful.we stayed one week and loved all the wildlife. Deers are right outside the house. Watched bald eagles .You could see fireworks and Christmas lights every night from your couch and enjoy the fireplaces. The fireworks were not anything you could hear just see.It is part of the resort boat ride to see Santa on the other side of the lake. For thanksgiving we highly recommend Beverley’s at the resort. The food was outstanding along with the view.

Great location, clean and supplies provided for laundry, dishes, trash. Etc. ice maker needs fixed so we bought our ice, water has strong iron odor. But will book again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean and comfortable. Location is everything. Beautiful lake views. Short walk to private dock. Close to town. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect location, close to town but quiet neighborhood. Spectacular view from the deck! Private dock was easily accessible and well maintained. Hosts checked in frequently making sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this home to others.

We really enjoyed this house! You cannot beat the views from every angle of this house that look over the lake. Plenty of space for all of us. I had read the other reviews, so I knew what to expect before going. The biggest thing that reviewers talk about is the access to the private dock. You have to walk down the road And cross the street to get to it. But it’s really not very far at all. The hardest part is the walk back up to the house because it is a bit of an incline. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The walk to the dock is not a big deterrent and you can always drive your car and park it along the side of the road if you prefer not to walk. Several amenities are provided for your stay as well. Detergent, trash bags, seasoning, hand soap, toilet paper, aluminum foil, and Ziploc bags. Great Homebase for exploring CDL! Super convenient location and you CANNOT beat the views! ❤️

Excellent location right on the lake. Stunning views. Having access to the private dock was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook food, and the grill was clean and worked great. No complaints. We greatly enjoyed our experience and hope to return to CDA again soon.

On the lake with gorgeous sunset views from the balcony. This property is convenient to activities in CDA but feels remote and private. It is equipped with all the essentials plus some.

The home was perfect for a snowy Christmas in CDA! They had a tree set up! We had a problem
with the heat but the property manager was quick to respond and they took care of it asap. Location was great, views amazing! Perfect for 6 of us. Thank you!

It was so so beautiful here! We had a great time! The kitchen isn’t very well stocked so make sure to bring a good sauté pan, a good knife and all your own spices/oils, etc if you are foodies and love to cook!

We rented Almost Heaven for my mother’s 70th Birthday weekend and it was every bit as heavenly as the photos, if not more! The home was well appointed in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views from both the upstairs and downstairs. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was a welcomed amenity after we rode the Hiawatha bike trail. We loved visiting DT CDA - especially the new Bottle Joy beer and wine spot and the Stylus wine and vinyl bar. Make sure to carve out time for dinner at the Wolf Lodge Inn! We did have trouble locking the downstairs slider at the home, but were assured that it would be addressed quickly when we let the rental company know upon check out. Would absolutely rent again!

The views are excellent. Access to the private dock is a 5 minute walk down the road and across a small highway. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset over the lake, which was also nice to drink our morning coffee on. We saw a few deer walk through the yard which was very cool. We enjoyed walking and biking on the Centennial Trail which runs down by the water. The drive to downtown took less than 10mins. We would recommend this property. It fit our family of 5 nicely.

House was nice, met all our needs but was compact. Had to walk or drive to the pier. But it was a nice place to hang out and swim, the water was very nice, deep and clear. Rented a pontoon boat and tied up to the pier. Deck and hot tub at the house was great.

Wonderful stay, the view is really unbelievable and the house is stunning. The furniture is very comfortable so no matter where you are you’re going to relax. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and I am so glad I was able to rent this for a weekend with family! Plenty of space and lots to do! Definitely will be booking again!

Done many rentals homes over the years, this was hands down the BEST! The location, the neighborhood, the views, the views, the views….we can’t stop talking about it.
House is very clean and modern. Plenty of heating options (space heater, split units, fire place, stove) we were comfortable the entire time. You can stay in and cook a full dinner or just come back from drinks and relax in the hot tub. Plenty of privacy too, family of four, kids had the downstairs and we had the upstairs at night.
Waking up and seeing the view of Lake Coeur D’Alene for five mornings was amazing. It basically felt like home for five days with all the necessities and then some available.

Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close to downtown and right on the lake. Very clean and perfect size. Highly recommend, will definitely use again!
