Incredible Idaho vacation homes for every occasion

We had a wonderful stay at this condo on the marina! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We especially enjoyed having the restaurant right downstairs, along with the convenient hike and bike paths and shopping nearby. The marina setting was beautiful and made the location feel extra special. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a lovely and accommodating home! My friend and I go on a trip to CDA every year with our kids but the regular place we stay wasn’t available. I’m so happy we were able to experience this home! It had more than everything we needed and we hope to stay again.

The property is very well-maintained and in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay and the abundant wildlife on view from the deck. The rooms were spacious, plenty of parking with an option to park in the garage. The dock is nice but check water quality before you splash as this part of the lake had an algae bloom at the time (no reflection on the host of course). Nice kitchen and a place for everyone to gather for meals. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great stay! Everything went very smoothly from check-in to check-out. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, and nicely equipped with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was also great—close to Silverwood and plenty of great restaurants, which was very convenient for our family. The only minor thing we noticed was quite a bit of dog hair on the floors, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Everything else was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and would happily stay again!

A great place for families. Lots of room inside and out. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to make family size meals.

Amazing location and we had a great time! Be aware that the decks are not safe for young children. The docks and stairs need some maintenance. However, it was such a great location on the lake and the dock has two boat slips. Plenty of room for a boat, jetski and water toys. The lake was wonderful and we enjoyed the beach area and water toys. The beach is very rocky so you need shoes. We loved watching the sunrise each morning and the patio fireplace. We loved the hot tub and there is a wonderful outdoor shower to rinse off. Overall it was an amazing trip and great place to stay. I would stay there again. The management was wonderful to work with. The check in and check out were very easy.

Beautiful home, well equipped, comfortable beds, beautifully landscaping, multiple little patios to relax on. Quiet, spacious, plenty of roo..Great balance of value and didn’t have a 3 night minimum.

Wonderful place to stay. It is spacious, comfortable, and has fantastic views. We walked to all the local restaurants and pubs. Fantastic hiking. I love the big kitchen and ability to cook onsite.

Excellent location and bright ,welcoming home .Loved our stay , walked to everything .. Stubbs Hill , the beach , downtown .. McEuan Park , so awesome .Well stocked home , great backyard and BBQ … our dog enjoyed the spacious yard . Always something to do nearby . We also cycled parts of the Trail of Couer D’Alenes .So beautiful ! Will be back for sure .

Overall a fantastic stay!! We had a team retreat there and everyone was super happy with it!! From a practical stand point they have a lot of supplies for the kitchen, but only little bottle of body wash, shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. There are a LOT of stairs to get down to the lake so be prepared for that. we were hoping for a hang out by the lake day, but it’s a hang out on the dock situation so just be prepared for that!
Overall stunning location though and no mosquitos!

Beautiful house that had everything you could possibly need. Great location very close to the main drag. Comfortable neighborhood that made it feel like home.

This place was perfect for our family trip to Coeur D’alene. Pictures really do not do justice to the views from the back deck. Absolutely stunning, I could (and did) sit back there for hours. 10/10 would return and recommend!

The location was pure perfection!!! Right on the corner of the beach and the city park, it was the perfect location to feel right close to all the action. The house was nice but could use updates.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the spacious main floor for family time. A word of caution though, the stairs going up are super steep, fine for teenagers but not for older folks .

This house is every bit as beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable as the photos suggest, with an amazing view. It served as a good home base for our family while visiting Silverwood, which is a short drive away. We appreciated the ample parking, extra bedding, abundant towels, comfortable beds, and choice of feather or foam pillows. The extra convection oven was great, and having two sitting areas—one with a TV and one without—worked perfectly for our group.A couple of things did put a damper on the experience. The house contains a substantial collection of strongly partisan and socially prescriptive books, including “How to Talk to a Liberal If You Have To”, “Liberalism Is a Mental Disease”, and many socially prescriptive Laura Schlessinger books. We were surprised to encounter this in such an otherwise well prepared vacation rental, and it made us feel unexpectedly very unwelcome. Management explained the home was purchased furnished, they hadn’t inventoried the books, & they will now pay more attention to this.Also, prospective Jul/Aug renters should know that this part of Hayden Lake has had recurring harmful algae blooms with advisories not to swim. We were disappointed to discover this last minute, since we had assumed the lake would be part of the summer experience. We think this is worth disclosing when booking a lakefront property.Finally, one member of our group who is very sensitive to mold had their allergy activated during the stay.

Loved our family time on the lake!!! We had 8 adults and 2 kids and it was great!! The outside deck and dock area were amazing. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock ! We definitely would stay here again .

My sister and I brought our parents here for their 50th anniversary. Excellent stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. Its about 5-10 min from the charming downtown area. Even being that close to the city, while at the home, you feel secluded which was exactly what we were looking for. There were a couple of minor issues with the shades in the living area and the AC upstairs but nothing that couldn’t be easily navigated or fixed. Highly recommend this property.

Definitely would stay here again. A few blocks from excellent breakfast places and an Anytime Fitness gym. Within 15 minutes walk you are in the heart of downtown and the lake. Great restaurants great vibe and plenty to do boat tours awesome plenty of hiking. It’s just a beautiful place to spend time in the summer

Overall great trip

Place was in a very nice neighborhood, it was very clean, everything worked and air conditioning worked great. The house is very to the point. I’m not sure if it’s owned by a business or corporation but it seems to lack a personal touch. Not sure how to describe it. Amenities I would describe as sparse. There is only one tv in the house. As a family of 5, this made it difficult to unwind after a long day at Silverwood or the lake without separate spaces to disperse to really, without other entertainment options provided – TVs, board games or otherwise.
Listing said they provided shampoo and soap, but we didn’t learn until after our arrival this meant only one small single-use size bottle in each bathroom. So we had to go buy a full set of toiletries to suffice our family for the week – an unanticipated purchase. Had this listing described this more accurately, we could have simply brought our own. Again. It’s very clean and it’s a nice place. Just seemed to be missing something.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and well stocked. And the location was perfect. We will def be back!

Everything was great at this property! For future guests, it might be nice to provide a pack ‘n’ play for guests with young children. We ended up buying one. Other than that, it was well equipped and in a great location. Thank you

Didn’t know there was a church group across the lake having summer camp. Also the sand bar was a gathering spot for a lot of boats playing music and noisy.

Great Fort grounds house. The home was in excellent condition, with a well stocked kitchen. Everything was well maintained for a very comfortable family stay. We liked the backyard sitting area as well as the close proximity to the lake front.

We stayed in a beautiful property near lake Hayden. Comfortable living space and kitchen and deck for relaxing at the end of our day. Kitchen well stocked w appliances utensils and pans and dishes. This property was in close proximity within 15 minutes of where we wanted to go each day. Overall excellent! Cindy L

What an amazing place! Spacious, comfortable, and spectacular views. Great location: feels peaceful and secluded, but only a couple minute drive to restaurants, coffee, Fernan Lake dock (great for fishing!) and downtown CDA. Lots of wildlife (deer, elk, turkeys) in the neighborhood which was really fun! Thank you so much for a great stay!
