What a fun property!! There is room for all. Lots of eating spaces too. We loved eating on the wonderfully lighted back porch. The kitchen is amazingly stocked. We appreciated all the towels provided. Plenty to shower with and dry off from all the water play. We brought must of our own toys to play with in the water but they also provided fun.

Liberty Lodge was a beautiful place to stay for our family of 13. The bedrooms were great though a couple a the mattresses were too firm for some (we padded with extra quilts.). The beach is far down the hill, 94 stairs from the top level of the house. But that didn’t deter my family…they carried three additional Kayaks and 2 SUPs down to the water, no problem. Although there is no beach, the deck is large with plenty of space for everyone. Our family was on the water most of the time, paddling down the lake, and even went out for stargazing. Some of us went on walks and little hikes to the wetland. Plenty of waterfowl viewing, and many many birds. We enjoyed learning that the house two doors up is located where there was a speakeasy in the 1920s (look up Stonehouse Park in the Liberty Lake Splash archive). The kitchen is well equipped, though we brought our own blender. We loved having so many bathrooms. Very nice home.

This is a great property – plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen is well equipped. Our family had a great time swimming, fishing and enjoying games. Loved the canoe and row boat supplied by the host. Will definitely look to stay here again. Lots of stairs in the house and down to the lake so be aware of this if anyone has mobility issues.

This location is amazing. It is only 35 minutes from Spokane airport. The town of Liberty Lake is only 10 minutes away which make it easy to do grocery runs. Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene are both close by and have lots to do. The views from the property are so beautiful that people asked where we went to take the photos. They could not believe that the photos were taken right from where we were staying. The pine trees right outside the kitchen windows were popular with both eagles and osprey.
The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and utensils. We had 13 adults (5 married couples and 3 singles) plus an infant. There was plenty of room for us to sleep, hangout, and eat meals together.

This house was a joy and provided the comforts of home away from home. I've never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked, in the kitchen and bedding. Our stay was 10 days and we found it a bit difficult to store our clothes without closet space in the rooms nor many dresser drawers. Thankfully there was over-the-door hanging options available. Both patios were delightful to enjoy conversation and meals. I enjoyed the upgraded kitchen appliances; worked beautifully. The one negative was the lack of multi-surface cleaner for cleaning counters and tables. We kept forgetting to buy some at the stores, which were close by. We did mention that one glass door was missing in the upstairs master bath. The users continued to place towels on the floor since the water got all over. We did mention this to the management who said the door was ordered but not received yet. Overall, the home was a great place for our multi family stay! Thanks

We had a family gathering here and it was a fantastic space for a lot of people. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms, and the large TV was great for the rainy evenings we had. There is a lot of steps down to the water, but once you are down there the dock is a fantastic place for swimming and paddling in the boats that come with the house. The kitchen and BBQ’s were great for cooking for a large group. Overall there was a lot of space and a beautiful town to explore around.

We had 16 people stay for 1 week. The house was perfect for our kids, grandkids and us. The bedrooms were spacious and everybody had a room. The kids bunk beds worked out great for the grandkids- Girls in one bunk room and boys in the other. The kitchen was well stocked for our meals. The dock and lake were perfect for the kids to swim. It is a number of steps to the lake, but it works. We could sit by the lake in the shade, while the kids swam in the lake. A hiking trail is close by. We were very happy with the house and would book it again

The home was spacious- had room for our large party- should discuss the number of stairs better for families that have older guests as the stairs are a must- however it is a wonderful home that had a stocked kitchen set up and wonderful home

Our friends group chose this house for our annual family trip and it was one of the best houses we've stayed in over the past 10 years.
PROS
The lake was tons of fun and the kids had a blast in the water. It's nice to have a private dock. There's a boat and a canoe that we were able to use.
The kitchen is large with nice, new appliances and well stocked with everything we needed.
The house was pretty clean and free of clutter.
There are two outdoor decks with beautiful views of the lake and wildlife.
The house was comfortable for up to 20 people. Lots of room and options for families to spread out.
TIPS
This is not a 7 bedroom house. The 4 bed bunk ("megabunk") is in a common space. From the photos it looked like it was in a loft, but it's not. It has no privacy and you have to walk through it to get to the stairs that lead to the lake.
There are a LOT of stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility challenges, they may not be able to enjoy the lake.
There's a lot of vegetation in the water at this end of the lake. Not a problem, just be aware.
There's no beach. The lake goes right up to the shoreline.
Bring ropes for your floaties. The current likes to push everything south.
The house is only 10 minutes away from grocery stores.
There are four window A/C units. One in each of the two rooms upstairs, two on the main kitchen/living room level, and none downstairs. The 3 bedrooms (+ bunk space) downstairs can get warm. Bring a portable unit to cool down this level.

A great time was had by all of our family. A lot of stairs for a couple of 70 year olds. But the kids didn’t mind at all. They’re young. Of course we rented Jet Skis for a couple of days and my son in law drove from Portland. They brought a couple of Kayaks. The lake was fantastic & very private. Thank you.

It’s quite a way down to the dock but it had stairs all of the way down. It was big enough for our big family and it had enough room for us to spread out. The window ac units and fans kept the house cool enough. The house could have been a little cleaner and there was evidence of mice, to be expected in the country. All in all everyone enjoyed themselves.

We have stayed in this property several years in a row for Spokane's Lilac Bloomsday Race. Our family loves the immense variety of things to enjoy both in and around the house. We may have overloaded the WiFi capacity. Internet was quite slow. We needed a little flexibility on check out time to watch a family funeral. Property management was totally inflexible which for a $4000 rental seemed unreasonable. It's too bad that an otherwise great stay had an unpleasant end. Part of the family had to leave early and find a local meeting room where we could participate in the service.

We did enjoy our family time at this property. Swimming and boating were popular activities with all ages. It was a little hard to fine--especially at night and seemed a bit expensive at over $8000 for less than a week. Overall, a great time.

Short version:
This place is perfect for a large family. We had 20 people here and felt there was plenty of space for all. We came in he middle of a heat wave and the house has no AC, but the lake was helpful too cool off. There were fans and window units in the bedroom which helped a lot. If any member of your party has difficulty with stairs, this is not the home for your group. There is 76 stairs from the main level to the boat dock, 85 from the upper level to the dock. When you stay at this house, every day is a leg day but because of the view and the lake and the beauty all around, it hurts so good.
Detailed version (for folks like me who need more info)
There are 2 bedrooms in the upper level. •One large master bathroom with an area just outside the bedroom and then the master bath with a separate tub and shower. •The room with the four bunk beds is also on this level - the bunk room has a small sink in it which was perfect to help with our large group.
The main level has a very spacious and well stocked kitchen. Off the dining room is a beautiful patio with more seating an bbq. There is an office that has been converted to a bedroom. This room is very small, has no AC and has French doors with glass and curtains, so not a ton of privacy. Also on the main floor with a family room, there is a large mud room and a large laundry room. The garage entry is also here but is not used as part of the house - it was locked to guests. However we had enough parking for our six vehicles and trailer.
The next level has another large master room with large walk in closet and bathroom. Another smaller bedroom is down the hall with a bathroom and a final bedroom at the end of the hall. Minus the one bedroom across from the bath, these are large rooms.
Down a few more stairs is a game room with a quad bunk house. There are hooks to hang life jackets on and fusball table. Down another flight of stairs will lead you toward the lake. Once you leave the house you will find a large covered patio with furniture and another flight of stairs that will lead you to a large fire pit area/ grassy area. Yet another flight of stairs will lead you to the dock. While there is lots of stairs there is also lots of room.
The lake is beautiful. Two canoes were available, but we didn’t use them. The dock held all our 20 kayaks/paddle boards and had seating available.
I love to stay in homes that you know are full of love and have created lots of memories. This is definitely one of them. Well stocked and clean, we highly recommend!

This home was the perfect place for our extended family to meet. We were all able to stay comfortably together with plenty of visiting spots both indoor and outdoors.
The house was well stocked and clean. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful location and comfortable amenities. There are even some old and friendly neighborhood dogs that may welcome you while outside.

Great place to stay. House is in 3 different levels. There is window AC in couple of the bedroomssnd living room. Fans were provided for other rooms. Beds in couple of rooms/game area are bunk beds, great for kids not so great for adults.
The shower could be changed to something different. My dad jokingly called it as the pressure washer.
Access to the lake is slightly difficult for elderly. Kids had lot of fun fishing at the lake. Very easy for beginners. There were basic fishing gear provided. There was also a canoe.
A very sweet dog Louie used to visit us, probably neighbors dog, very protective of the kids playing in water. Amazing dog.
We were lucky enough to watch some wild life also near the property.
