This condo was perfect for our visit to Post Falls. It had everything we needed and more. Communication was very good, checking in was easy, and the place was extremely clean and neat.

The highlight of this condo is the view of the river! It place was clean, conveniently located, had an elevator for my older mother and was quiet. We were sad to have to leave.

The condo was gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of restaurants around, go across the bridge to a great little beach.
Kitchen and house was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Would love to stay again.

The accommodations were very nice, very clean, ample space for our group, comfortable beds, great kitchen to work in, beautiful view, quiet.
We are older and the high table and chairs in the dining and on deck were a little uncomfortable. I ended up bringing in a card table and 4 folding chairs from my home to play cards.
I thought there was a Kurig coffee maker and had purchase several pods for it; only to get there and didn’t find one (it showed in one of the pictures or list of amenities I had reviewed), but it certainly wasn’t a deal breaker😊
Overall we were all very delighted! The communication between the management and myself was expedient and helpful!

I was searching for an adequate property for 4 of us to stay and conduct my father's "celebration of life." As a native of Post Falls, I was excited to find this property right on the river across from the park where I learned how to swim. From the beginning, communication was on point. When we arrived, everything was as described and depicted in the photos. If I were to nit-pick, we couldn't get Dish Network to work, but with the views and streaming services, so what. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-appointed. Walking distance to Brewery, parks, damn (which was wide-open and like a little niagra). There is no pool/hot tub on the property, but the views are extraordinary and the condo was clean, furnished beatifully and shows care of ownership. Thank you to Vacation Rental Authority (and owners) for allowing us to stay in this wonderful place. We hope to be back and visit the area soon.

There was one window covering missing and I would recommend looking into blackout shades for those who like to sleep in.

I really like the fact it has 2 bedrooms with king beds. That’s difficult to find. The 2nd bedroom is kind of small but all we did was sleep in it. The master is very large and has a great view of the river. Great river view from the living room too. The 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed. Kitchen is adequately supplied. I didn’t need anything I couldn’t find. More food containers would be nice. (Unless they were somewhere I didn’t look). Water heater didn’t keep up with the 4th shower but then again I’m used to an on demand at home so I’m spoiled. Front door is tricky to lock from the outside. Maybe instructions in your booklet on how to do it. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Clean and nice with a beautiful view. Sleeping arrangements good.
Only thing that I would change is check-in isn’t until 4 o’clock and check out is at 10 AM. That is stingy on both ends.

This condo was everything we expected and more. It was comfortable, clean, roomy and within walking distance of a number of restaurant/pub type places. The weather was perfect during our stay and the view of the river was spectacular.

The property was perfect for our birthday celebration with kayaking and exploring the area. Close enough to CDA without the traffic and beautiful peaceful view watching for eagles and geese flying overhead. We had all that we needed. I would add a Keurig coffee machine to update a little.

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were thrilled to be at such a beautiful condo for our 5 day vacation. Loved the view while sipping on our morning coffee.
I am disabled and I managed getting around fairly well with how the furniture was placed and ofcourse it helped to have an elevator to get to the condo.

This condo is just wonderful! The location is awesome and the views from the outdoor deck are beautiful. The complex is very quiet and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

My wife and I were very pleased with this condo. We will definitely stay here again. The place was well appointed and a great home away from home. It was nice to be on the highest floor of the place. The pictures are a great representation of the spot.

Very clean and comfortable. We had a BBQ one night and invited my son, daughter-in-law and our 4 grandkids. We all played Uno (which was provided along with many other games) and had a great time. Will definately stay again in the future.

Nothing like arriving late and opening the door on a clean, well-decorated, comfortable, and welcoming space. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out and sunning ourselves on the balcony. Highly recommended, and we’ll hope to return.

This 3BR, 2BA condo is clean, modern and well-furnished, and has a nice-sized deck overlooking the Spokane river. The location is quiet and secluded but within easy walk/drive of restaurants and shops, or a stroll along the waterfront and marina. The kitchen was well-appointed overall, although we never found a good old-fashioned can opener (?) and the dishwasher occasionally struggled to get dishes clean. But our 2-week stay was very comfortable, despite (or maybe because of) the gradually increasing shelter-in-place mentality during that period.

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It is spacious & overlooks the Spokane River. The sunsets are stunning. The kitchen is equipped for easy meal prep. The washer & dryer came in handy too. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if available in the future.

All of our needs were met! Comfortable beds and the washer and dryer were very convenient. The view was spectacular. We even saw a bald eagle! The deck could use some work (fix the damage, more comfortable patio furniture, include a fire pit) but that’s my only criticism. Right next to Falls Park, Post Falls brewery, Famous Willie’s BBQ, and the freeway. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

The place is fantastic, but difficult to find. When we were there there were no signs and if you arrive after dark as we did the building number is dark so you aren’t sure where you are.
However the condo is clean, well decorated, perfect for up to 6 people, with river views, a balcony overlooking the water with a BBQ. Full kitchen and laundry. Convenient location for Coeur d’Alene as well.

This home was just as big, if not bigger than the photos show! Beautiful scenery, new and clean home, and a condo right outside of the elevator. These condos seem fairly empty which was nice! I highly recommend this home and hope to be back.

This was a great place to stay. I stayed here with my in-laws, husband and our two young children and there was plenty of space to accommodate us. Everything you need is here. All kitchen necessities, plenty of towels, wash dryer, BBQ, bikes and much more.
Don't expect to be able to use the dock out front though, it is private and for residents only.
The location is great though. Right next to restaurants, coffee, parks and more.
I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful views!!!

This place was a wonderful place! I don't think I have a single complaint. It is so well kept and perfectly accommodated our family. The view is amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. There is an elevator going up to the fourth floor for those who were saying its a pain to climb the stairs. My family is very act I've so we generally took to the stairs. We had a total blast here. There is a boat, jet ski, kayak and paddle board rentals on the left down a ways by the blue roofs. We rented stuff from their and enjoyed going around on the river. There is also a really nice park right across the way that is very family friendly and perfect for what we wanted. All in all it was a beautiful place to stay and we will probably end up staying here again when we visit our family. Thanks so much!!!

This condo was PERFECT for what my friends and I were looking for! It had great spaces to spend time together at the table and in the living room, the whole space was clean and well lit, and the view was AMAZING. We had big plans to go out and about in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene but once we saw how nice the condo was, we had a hard time getting ourselves to do anything but sit and enjoy the view and comfortable space.

The condominium is located directly on the Spokane River. The three bedrooms are comfortable with the master directly on the river. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. It is on the top (4th) floor, across from the elevator. We will rent this unit again when we next visit the Post Falls area.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view right on the Spokane River was lovely and serene with the mountains on the opposite shore. It was very quiet and yet close to Spokane and Couer d Alene. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Many places to eat in the area and we tried several. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip to Post Falls. The condo is very luxuriously furnished with a beautiful view of the Spokane River and Falls. The condo is on the 4th floor and has a elevator if you don't want to get your climbing steps in. It is very well furnished and stocked and extremely quiet and peaceful. We liked that the condo was located between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. We spent one day hiking near Coeur d'Alene, one day shopping in Spokane and the next day biking the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.
