We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The home was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved the two dens and large screen TVs. This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Perfect for our Christmas trip!! It has a fully stocked kitchen with extras, more rooms than you need, a cool pool game room, plus the sauna and hot tub?? It was all amazing!! And do NOT forget about the views!!!! Highly recommend!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large group and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, but also room for everyone to be together. The deck was the best. The views were beautiful and there was enough seating for everyone...even witnessed a meteor shower. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The family loved the pool table and hot tub also.

Great home and even better than the pictures! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, spices, etc. Check in was easy and we all appreciated the amenities (sauna, hot tub, and view). It is a bit of a drive up the hill so just be prepared but the house was perfect for our group and plenty of space!

This was a perfect home for a family gathering. The beds were all really comfortable and the kids loved sleeping and playing in the loft. We spent lots of time on the deck around the large table and relaxing on the lounge chairs enjoying the gorgeous view. The activities like the hot tub, pool table, games etc. allowed everyone to do what they felt like. We shared meals done on the grill at the big dining room table and then played games there in the evening. The only thing we had to buy for our stay was the food. Everything else was provided. What more can I say? This was all we could have asked for.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Great view of the valley and partial lake. The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful. We were able to take a long weekend and decompress at this wonderful house. The house was spotless when we arrived, great amenities, and overall a very comfortable and spacious place to be. Would absolutely stay here again!

The home is very beautiful and has everything you need for a large family.
The driveway is very deceiving in the pictures. It is very steep and hard for anybody with the walker or wheelchair to move around very easily outside. But we were able to back up to the garage and get them out and into the house easily. The surroundings were very beautiful and with turkeys and deer all over the place. Lots of stuff to do and not very far from the water or downtown. I’d highly recommend if you have a big family. The hot tub was very clean. The kids had the pool table to play and lots of games..

Beautiful home in such a beautiful setting. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook, and the amenities were all thoroughly enjoyed. Our large family had plenty of space to relax, eat meals, and have fun together. The view off the back deck is gorgeous and it was so nice to be in such a quiet setting and only a short drive to town and tons of trails for exploring! We hope to go back again!

The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some "work" at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.

I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. I thank you, we hope to stay again in the future.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and feel very lucky to have found this hidden gem! Spent most of our time on the deck because the views of the lake and the surrounding areas were too good to miss out on! All in all we had a great experience here and would not hesitate to come back.

We loved our week-long stay! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, enabling us to have some home cooked meals. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends and family staying at this venue. It was so spacious and wonderful for a big group. Only caveat is that the loft is right over the kitchen so depending on who is sleeping up there, you may have to keep it quieter at night. The property was beauiful. We were there over the fourth of July and caught many different firework shows!

This place was exactly what we needed, wanted, and thought we signed up for and MORE! It was beautiful inside and out! Lovely views, all the amenities you need/want. Fully stocked kitchen (We cooked for 13 people for a full week), lots of space for a group to not feel on top of one another, lots of seating for lounging and dinning (inside and out), bedrooms were great: spacious, great bathrooms and beds are large and very comfortable. We used every aspect this house offered and it was perfect! The street is at the top of the hill which offers great views but I wouldn't send younger kids down it on bikes and it's too far to walk to town or the water. Town/main street (Sherman) was an easy 10 min drive for dinning, shopping, the beach, park, etc. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us for our family reunion/vacation. You helped us make wonderful memories in CDA.

Sky view Perch, was everything it stated. So clean, Warm and inviting, and we all LOVED it. Easy check-in and out. BEAUTIFUL location. We were able to go and do all that we wanted from this location, from riding the Hiawatha trail, (this took us an hour to get to, but totally doable and worth it), to boating on the lake, taking a downtown stroll, with a trip to the ice cream parlor, and some shopping. We loved staying at the house as we played a pool table tournament, movies, and right down to a Phase 10 card tourney. We were able to be as busy as we wanted or relax in the home, enjoying the outside deck in the cool evenings, as much as we wanted. We will be back!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

We loved this beautiful home! We stayed here with our family for our yearly family vacation and it met all of our needs from an infant to adults. The views were so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything we possibly needed. It had enough space for all of us to stay and really enjoy ourselves. The quality of this rental is of the highest tier. Our group likes to do a lot of cooking, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including sharp knives and decent bowls and cookware. The build quality of the rental is very good and you can see the quality of the work. The sauna, hot tub, and pool table were a nice touch. Our group of ten felt spoiled with the amount of space and the quiet neighborhood surrounding us. Likely one of the better rentals i've been in. I would very much recommend

Great overall. Wonderful kitchen set up and beautiful views. We have stayed twice, both in January and it’s worth noting the hot tub has a very hard time getting to an adequate degree and never got over 100 while we were there. Maintenance maintained it was the cold weather that the hot tub had a hard time getting to between 102-104. Never heard of this issue before even in freezing temps but maybe that’s the case. We also stayed in more average temps for winter and it still didn’t get up to a normal temp for a hot tub. Only disappointing part of our stay.

This home is magical. The feeling inside is like home. It’s large yet livable. The views are amazing. Everything was thought of. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance, spice and cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.

From the pool table to the hot tub to the huge private patio overlooking the Idaho Mountains and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The large open floor plan keeps everyone together. This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA.
The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day.
I would highly recommend this property.

The location of the home was secluded yet still very close to the downtown area which made for the best of both worlds in Coeur d’Alene. The host was also extremely accommodating and provided great communication throughout the process. Very thankful to have found this residence which allowed for a wonderful weekend! This is a beautiful and well built home with beautiful views of Lake Coeur d' Alene through the majestic evergreen trees! The house accommodates a large group well in the way the rooms are laid out and we had a very comfortable stay for our group of seven. Being only 10 minutes drive from downtown CDA was ideal. Having a hot tub and pool table provided an extra bonus. The only draw back for this property is the noise from Hwy. I-90 which is a constant humming noise. It wasn't loud enough to be a deal breaker for me but it did bother my elderly mother who wears hearing aides. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This is a terrific house for large groups!! There is plenty of space to be together and also to spread out. There were eleven of us and we never felt cramped. We enjoyed the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and had fun with the pool table. The outdoor deck was incredible and plenty big for all of us to be out there.

Everything was a relatively short drive away. It is also an easy 10 minutes to pop down into downtown CdA for shopping, dinner or to visit the lake.

What a wonderful Airbnb. This beautiful home offers the perfect view of the area. The home was large, immaculately clean and allowed us to join our family dinners in the open great room, complete with large fireplace and plenty of seating and a kitchen we could all cook and socialize in. We enjoyed the family of deer and flock of turkey that make their home of Potlatch mountain as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy our time together.

We stayed at the house in early December and it was a dream! Waking up to frosted over pine trees and deer eating right behind the house every morning was such a dream. We had a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 7 kids. The house accommodated us perfectly, we could have even added another couple. Each couple had their own rooms and bathroom which is awesome and then the kids loved sleeping up in the loft. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a very short trip to downtown but we mostly stayed home and enjoyed time by the fire. We used Fred Meyer grocery delivery service so we literally never had to leave. We stayed a week which did not seem long enough, we are for sure planning on staying at this property again in the future.

This house is beyond incredible! If you’re looking for a great view, lots of space and some fun features like the pool table and fire pit. It was super quiet and very private. We had family from the Midwest in and this was just a lovely home to spend time with 4 families! We would recommend this rental anytime!! Don’t pass it up- the cost is worth it!!

The house was very nice and clean. The upstairs deck latch gave us some issues but we survived it:) Also the first time we used the master shower there was a moldy smell but we found the lysol and sprayed it after each use to keep the shower clean. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Our 4 families of 11 people total just left CDA today and had a wonderful time at Skyview Perch. At first, I wasn’t crazy about the curvy drive up the mountain but got use to it pretty quickly. So nice to have that view of Lake CDA. I thought you could see both lakes from the house but only CDA can be seen, not Lake Fernan. We enjoyed seeing the deer and turkeys on the roadside on our drive up the hill. We all agreed that the only drawback to the property is the sound of the interstate at the base of the mountain which is directly behind the house. Personally I got used to it fairly quickly as it was a trade off to be so close to everything with a great view.

The house was perfect and our family enjoyed staying there immensely. The only negative was the truck noise from the interstate (maybe you will have that fixed before we stay there again, ha). The home was tucked away on the top of a very nice hill, and it felt isolated enough to feel private and cozy. Yet it was just a short drive from downtown and the freeway. Everything was modern, stylish, beautiful, clean, and well kept. Everything was either soft wood or granite. A lot of love was kept for the home. It was very spacious and even with our large group we never felt cramped or short on room for every guest. The only nitpicks were smaller issues like not being able to find a way to plug in aux into the built in house speakers. Also the directions to operating the sauna and hot tub were a bit unclear, but all this is nothing an introductory packet by the door wouldn’t fix immediately. The view was nice as well, and overall we were very impressed and we are very thankful for the stay!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to access Coeur d’Alene and the interstate. Clean home with everything we needed.
