Beautiful property with great views. The unit is above the shops and restaurants, we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The place was clean with attention to details. The unit has everything we need, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and equipment needed to cook a meal. We enjoyed our stay there, will stay again.

We are frequently visiting North Idaho and have stayed at a number of different places. This spot is as advertised. We enjoy the location, the village, and the Spokane river. The condo is spacious, clean and welcoming. We were impressed with the views and ambience. We will be definitely using the spot again going forward, and appreciate the experience and memories created.

This is a wonderful condo! It's clean, well equipped, large, quiet, and in a perfect location. We stayed for four nights, and I spent two days working remotely from the condo. Plenty of parking, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and you're just a few blocks from the river with some perfect afternoon or evening walks.
Plenty of room for two couples, and you can sleep six comfortably with the pull out couch in the living room. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, and everything you need to cook a good meal. Wifi worked well. Parking is easy, right outside of the entrance. The shops and restaurants below are convenient and upscale, and the location is nice and central for CdA.
Absolutely no complaints, I can highly recommend this condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful condo and VERY clean! I am extremely picky when it comes to accommodations and this was well maintained and clean! The view was awesome! The bed's were very comfortable with plenty of pillows 🙂 Plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. The balcony was a lovely spot for an evening to view all the surrounding areas. Five stars *****

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had most everything one would need in the kitchen to cook a meal if desired. Bathrooms were clean and the bed was actually comfortable as was the bedding. They could provide Kleenex tissue, that would be a nicety. Ya, it sounds petty but everyone needs a tissue at some point! There was a small selection of dvd’s and board games if one desired some home style entertainment. I would recommend this condo, it was an enjoyable stay and close to everything.

Our stay here was fantastic! The location is close to anything you want to do in CDA and the home felt very clean and homey. We loved the patio and nice bathrooms! Would stay here again

The place was perfect for what we were looking for. The only thing we had an issue with was the remote control in the primary bedroom. The down button would not work so if we were watching any streaming we could only watch what was on that line. New remote and your set.

The condo was perfect. The location was perfect. Unfortunately we were awakened at 7 in the morning to all the sounds of heavy equipment including lots of backup beeps. I realize that VRBO doesn’t check on nearby construction but for us it spoiled a lot of what was a great trip. We made the best of ongoing construction but will be wiser in choosing future vacation spots. When the building next door is completed, this will be the ideal spot to stay.

The condo is very spacious and had every amenity we needed for our week stay. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Beautiful views of Riverstone from the balcony. Walk to the river or to the restaurants, movie theater, cold stone creamery, wine bar, shopping and nearby Lake Coeur d’Alene. Looking forward to staying here again.

This is our third visit at Riverstone condos and every condo including this one was amazing. Accurately described, comfy beds, close to everything. Had trouble finding the outside door that takes you up to the third floor but we asked the nice lady cleaning the hallways so no big deal.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was located in a great area with convenience to Couer d’Alene and centennial trail. I would stay here again if they equipped the apartment with a wagon to haul things from the car to the third floor.

It was a great condo, perfect location and had everything you would need for a family. It was very clean and easy to access with local restaurants within walking distance. We did hiking, biking, and fishing all within the local area. The only downside is they are currently building more condos in front of this one so there is construction noise during the day. I would stay here again in the future!

This is a beautiful place and near downtown. You have to know how to get in to the correct place, as there are no building numbers, like building A, just the address. However, there is a great coffee cookie place next to the condo, many stores to walk to, easy walk to the boardwalk to Spokane River and a short drive to Idaho College and to Lake CDA. A beautiful vacation spot.

The door code at Lobby 3 entrance is not working well and this can be inconvenient for who is arriving.
Unfortunately the hairdryer wasn’t available, although it was mentioned in the ad.

This was a great location, as it was close to places to eat, shop, and the movie theater. It was nicely decorated with plenty of room for the four of us.

The property is in a great location and access to restaurants and the downtown Sherman Avenue area is perfect. Great walking trail and I recommend doing it daily.The unit itself is not easily holds two couples. Thanks for a great visit.

Finding the condo at check in was a pain as there are 3 entrances and only one will get you up to the third floor in an area that allows you access to the condo. The outside door keypad sticks and you need to enter the number multiple times. Also, there are no luggage carts unless you get access to the under ground parking from another person who lives there or sneak in to the underground parking for the purpose of unloading or loading.
Once in the condo there were no hangers or luggage racks or bbq tools. (All of which we bought and left for future visitors).
Outside of the above things this was a great location, quiet and comfortable stay, which we would highly recommend. Numerous restaurants with in walking distance.
Offering a once a week cleaning would be a nice touch.

Turn right at the Red Robbin and drive all the way through the complex to the lot in back just left of the parking garage. Lobby 3 is the entrance. Very clean. Great location. Walk the riverwalk into town if u do not mind a few mile walk

This condo seems like it's brand new. It's spacious & beautiful. It's in an awesome location too. We regularly walked to dinner or to the water. We will definately stay here again, and recommend it to friends.
