The house was absolutely wonderful! It was cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. We loved being able to spend time both inside and outside, and the neighborhood was such a pleasant surprise. We met several of the neighbors, and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here for the Coeur d’Alene car show, and having the extra space to comfortably move the car in and out was a huge plus. After getting to know the neighbors, we felt very comfortable and safe leaving the car parked outside overnight.

One of the highlights was meeting a gentleman who had actually owned the home in the past, as well as his parents. It was such a neat connection and really showed how special this community is.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and truly appreciated the beautiful home, the wonderful neighborhood, and the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Great house! Has everything you will need in the kitchen including a great Cuisinart Keurig coffee machine. All in all this house has fabulous views, lots of space, a kitchen fully stocked and it was so nice being within walking distance to the marina. The marina food and drink were great! A drawback was that the bedrooms upstairs need blackout shades. We were all awakened in the 4:00 am hour to the sunrise. Also, more upkeep with the spider webs on the pier is needed. We were surprised to see that only one bathroom (although very big and nice) is upstairs for three bedrooms to share the shower. But we got used to it and took turns. The only other full bathroom was downstairs, not attached to the main house. It just wasn't convenient. It was helpful however having a half bath on the main floor. The other drawback was the internet. If you have a house full of people trying to get on the wi-fi at the same time, it just shuts down or crashes. If you have to work and are counting on the internet, it will be iffy. All in all, this house was really spacious, very clean and enjoyable! The management company is very easy to work with and responsive. We had a fabulous time!

Stunning lakefront views and amazing home perfect for our family vacation with adult children and large breed dog! Really appreciated multi-level entertainment, this beautiful private property makes the most of every square inch inside and out without ever feeling cramped. Thank you for sharing so many water toys, corn hole, indoor games, cards, watercolors! We could easily have stayed inside had the weather turned. The kitchen is perfect for preparing large family meals, the best stocked we have experienced. Gracious hosts, so thankful we had the opportunity to enjoy this gem on the most pristine freshwater lake!

We stayed for a week at this house, it was great for our family of 9.
The house is beautiful, well furnished, master bed was comfortable, queen in guest room was definitely firm but it did its job for a home away from home.
Great views of the lake from both upper and lower decks.
Plenty of living space between the upstairs and downstairs living rooms to pair with all the outdoor deck space.
The house had some kid toys and kitchen utensils for our 3 year old which was awesome and rare to see.
Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and seasonings. There is a grill and fire pit outside, both worked well and we were able to enjoy using them.
We will definitely be staying here again if it is available during our next trip.

Hilltop Lodge

The house was really nice. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were huge and really nice. I just assumed with 3 bedrooms upstairs there would be be more that just one full bathroom up there. This was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The deck was wonderful with a prime look at the lake. The kitchen was so great! Loaded with every pot, pan, utencils, dishes and spices you will need. The internet is pretty bad especially if a lot of people are using the wi-fi. The spiders were on the plentiful side with the pier being inundated with thick webs and it needs some sweeping out, BUT all in all this house was pretty spectacular!

This spot perfectly accommodated our group of twelve! The location was perfect for us to walk downtown, and was super useful for us to watch our friend completing his first Iron Man. Parking was easy, neighborhood was lovely, and the house itself had plenty of games to keep us entertained and space for us all. The only thing I can think of that would be been nice to have was a surface spray for the kitchen and extra paper towels and toilet paper. We ended up just purchasing both on our own which was no big deal at all. Overall a great place to stay, and a great location!

Craftsman

It is a beautiful, comfortable home with great water access on the dock. It is in a quiet part of the lake so very relaxing. Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house.
