Beautiful home, and located in a great spot with a short drive to downtown! We had a great week with beautiful views all week, would definitely stay again.

The decor and place was exceptional. The Pictures don’t do it justice. updated with gorgeous floors and Luxury bedding and beds. So much high tech, with a cabin feeling. the only downside is there is a busy road far below and you can hear it. I would recommend it as exceptional, the swim spa was also just wow. Luxurious adds I would rarely put in a rental because they are so incredible.

The place was absolutely beautiful and I loved the extra parking in the back. We had an amazing experience and will absolutely stay here again.

Great house! Great amount of space. Nice big yard! Only complaint would be the water pressure issue. Difficult to wash dishes, shower, etc with such low water pressure.

This has been by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We had our yearly family vacation here and it was perfect for family young to old! Very kid friendly which was perfect for us! Highly recommend and would come back here again!

My family and I were able to enjoy this beautiful, new space. Slept (8) easily with an extra sleeping arrangement for (2) more if needed. Extremely clean and tidy and had all the premium amenities. Highlight was enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the large deck. The only con of this space was that it is facing the highway which can be heard at all hours of the day. Not as peaceful as (I) would prefer. Would absolutely recommend.

This nearly 20 year old home is very nice and just starting to show it’s age. Some of the fixtures and furnishings are worn but overall this house has everything you’ll need for a good sized gathering. Basic communication with the mgmt co was very good. I should’ve checked with management about the dock. In early October, the dock with this house is unusable. That seems like a pretty easy thing to mention in the description. Also, the state issued an algae warning nearby. This is a big risk for dogs. I’d think management would mention this to guests traveling with dogs. My biggest complaint is the nearby development. Though the rental agreement lists 9p-9a as quite hours, construction (including logging) starts before 7a on week days. A developer is building more than half a dozen houses, a clubhouse, and a community dock. So it’ll be nice later …but now it’s noisy all day. If I’d been made aware of the water level and construction, I wouldn’t have rented this waterfront house.

Beautiful home in such a beautiful setting. It was clean, kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook, and the amenities were all thoroughly enjoyed. Our large family had plenty of space to relax, eat meals, and have fun together. The view off the back deck is gorgeous and it was so nice to be in such a quiet setting and only a short drive to town and tons of trails for exploring! We hope to go back again!

The Beach Cottage was a great property in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. It is walking distance to the resort and all of the shopping/dining nearby. The property was just as described on the site and they provided everything to make the stay super comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend the Beach Cottage and any property that Vacation Rental Authority is renting.

Beautiful location and space!

Great place to stay in the Coeur d”Alene area. I love the views and the convenient location. They were quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. It had a great bar to eat at as well as a dining room table.

Perfect gorgeous home for large families or multiple families. The home is in a quiet desirable area. Sanders beach access is a short walk away. It’s a short drive to shops and resort. Everything appeared clean and uncluttered. Home is as described and I would absolutely recommend this home.

Everything was perfect! I only couldn’t give it 100% 5 Stars because it was a very expensive stay and I feel like it didn’t need to be.

We would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood couldn’t be better! It was walkable to all the local shops and places to eat. Our dogs loved the walk by the lake every day and had a great backyard to run around in! It was exactly what we needed! It fit 6 people and 3 dogs very comfy!

The rental was clean and comfortable. I loved the front porch in the morning and the back deck in the afternoon. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for all my cooking needs. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. I loved the step in shower. It was easy for my mom to get in and out of. The temperature was well controlled in the house. I was very happy with my stay. I would stay there again if I return.
