This home is cozy and comfortable. It felt like going to stay at Grandma’s house. It was clean with comfortable beds. The location is perfect if you enjoy nature. We enjoyed walks on the beach as well as walks in the park. We look forward to staying in this home again.

We went to CDA to golf and hang out with family. We brought our dogs and the back yard was perfect for them. The house was walking distance to town and right next to a park. There was plenty of space and even a garage.

Perfect location and wonderful home! We had a wonderful time. The story of the home was the best! We realized our Grandparents were great friends with the owner’s family and for sure attended cocktail parties there. Our Grandparents were Ed and Ellen Gallivan❤️

This large and comfortable home is a great gathering place to enjoy the lakeside city of Coeur D'Alene, ID. We held a family reunion in the house and its location was an easy few blocks to downtown stores and restaurants, as well as parks, walking trails on Tubbs Hill, the marina and the city beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house! Perfect for a family with small kids. Fenced back yard. Conveniently located to downtown and lake. Great park next door. Cable did not work in the living room. Upgrade to satellite would be nice.

Love the location and all the house inside and out.We stayed at this home 2 years ago and loved it.We tried to get it on Mothers day it was not available.
Next year we'll have to reserve it earlier so we can do it on Mothers day.

Overall the experience was very nice. This was our second stay at this property. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. Property management handled a couple problems quickly. Improvements for an even better stay would be cleaner outdoor areas upon arrival, some updates to some older items (quality bedding, window coverings, new umbrella). Also, it would be nice to have some basic condiments, seasonings, oils, and other cooking items).
We will more than likely stay at this property again as it is very comfortable and one of the best possible locations for an enjoyable stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Blue Water Beach House. It is a lovely home in the most perfect location for exploring Coeur D’ Alene. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We hiked and swam in the lake and then came back to relax in the jacuzzi and barbecued at night. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We loved our time there!

We were in town for the Ironman and it was literally the best spot in town for the race. The views from the living room are insane, almost too good to be true. We arrived and were unpacking when a sea plane landed right in front of us, incredible! Location was 10 out of 10.
Aside from location, the house was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for all of us, the dogs loved the back yard, the jacuzzi was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had some amazing meals there. I even was able to charge my EV there!
Extremely happy we rented this home and I hope we can do it again soon. We made core memories here...we need more.

We rented this iconic home for a family reunion and birthday. Our children grew up in CDA, playing on the beach and in the parks.
This year we rented this home for the 8 of us. It is steps away from the CDA city beach and the CDA city park. It is easy to see why so many people love to visit our town when we see it from this vantage.
There is more than enough room for privacy as well as togetherness in this home. The patios (there are 2!) offer a welcome view of the people passing by, and also a totally private place to enjoy some solitude and listen to the water flowing through the water feature. The back green space holds a nice hot tub that is also entirely private.
We had a wonderful local chef from "Melons Catering" do a family dinner for us that was spectacular. She was able to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, and we were able to enjoy a gourmet meal together without leaving home.
We have traveled extensively, but this stay allowed us to see a wonderful side of our little town.

Father’s Day weekend in CDA. It slept everyone great, we needed 4 bedrooms. We cooked breakfast and grilled steaks and house provided everything we needed. Loved walking downtown. Great house to people watch from as you are right on the lake and the park. Definitely would stay here again.

What a beautiful home with the perfect location and view. Wonderful park and playground across the street, lake right across the road, easy walk to town. Once we arrived, we parked our cars in the garage and didn't need them for the entire 3 nights we were there.
The house was perfect for a ladies' getaway. Very roomy, a nice cozy fireplace, well equipped kitchen, plenty
of places to go to quietly read a book or take a nap.
Other reviews stated that the house was outdated, but so am I. Doesn't make it a bad thing.
My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Maybe bring our grandkids. They had a lot of games and books in the home, and the perfect location across the road to the incredible park and the lake access. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, right at the lake. Our son enjoyed the amazing park right across the street & we all enjoyed walking on the beach across the street. It's perfect walking distance to all the downtown shopping & dining too. The house was clean & had plenty of space, plus a perfect yard for our toddler, & a hot tub! The house was also full of games for a family to play, perfect for rainy or cold days. & just open the curtains to take in the beautiful view of the lake & mountains.

Great experience overall and we enjoyed our stay here. Wonderful views from inside and the just the right location for walks along the riverside & a stroll to the downtown area. The place has a cozy, retro look and feel. The backyard was a nice playground for the kids - we left a snowman behind. Amenities were great and the hosts were very responsive. It snowed heavily overnight and the driveway was cleared promptly in the morning before we drove out.

We had a great time, the location is perfect and we walked into town several times. Loved the park across the street and the playground for our grandkids. The house is somewhat dated but we didn't mind, the baseboard heaters are a bit loud but once we understood the sound it was ok.

Amazing location with spectacular views! We sat in the front room and were able to see the resort holiday lights as well as the North Pole light display on the other side of the lake! I can only imagine how wonderful this home is in the summer as well. We will definitely be back.

The house was perfectly located right across the street from the edge of the lake, and a 5min walk to downtown. The rental team was incredibly responsive and very easy to coordinate with to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay!

Could not ask for a better location in CDA. Outstanding lake views with easy access to downtown. Property is large and well-equipped, with nice outdoor spaces. Only drawback was that the king-size beds needed new mattresses.

The house was wonderful. I think the location is the best place in all of CDA, the big picture windows not only gave great light but also for the views to watch the activities around us. Both patios were used a lot as was the hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom layout. For 3 bedrooms with different families and only one bathroom downstairs was sometimes a challenge. Even if there was a half bath down there it would help. On the easier side to fix, there were only 4 wine glasses, not many spoons and the regular coffeepot needs upgrading. Also the mattress in the master bedroom is too old. The complaints are just for your information because all 8 of us loved the house, the locaton, the space and the ambiance. A great house in a fantastic location. Ist time here, both the city and house were great, recomend it and will likely return. Great location, for young and old alike. House was well laid out and supplied. Hot tub nice way to end the day. Enjoyed the downtown area in walking distance.
