Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet neighborhood while still being within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, shops, and the park.
The house has everything you need to truly relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about a thing. It is clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the private backyard is a wonderful place to unwind.

This was a very clean home and yard. Nice attention to detail and our one difficulty with the icemaker was handled very quickly, even on a holiday! Comfortable furniture. Good water pressure. Extra puzzles and games that were available to the kids were very helpful (also highchair). Good linens and towels provided. If you want plastic dishes for your kids you may need to bring them. Liked the filtered water dispenser in refrigerator. Comfy beds. Great location for walking to town and parks.

When VRBO royally screwed us, we found this place last minute. It was perfect for our needs last minute. The only minor issues were no toaster and they only provided one dinky little shampoo and conditioner which isn't typical of most home rentals we have done so that was inconvenient but we were super happy to find a place last minute and had a great vacation!

We had a great stay. Very fun little place with a great walkable neighborhood, plenty of activities, shopping, and restaurants within minutes from the front door. Nice, dog friendly backyard as well as a clean house with enough room for everyone to relax. Would stay here again!!

The house was much more than expected. Beautiful historic garden district neighborhood. House was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our dogs when we needed to leave them. Walked to Sherman Street every evening with our dogs to have dinner. Very dog friendly town. Dogs are even welcome on the lake cruise.

This is a delightful home that fit our group’s needs nicely. We had ample space and we each had our own bathroom, which was important to us! We were in town for Ironman CDA, and able to walk downtown and to the lake (Ironman Village) easily. When we had some spare down-time, we were in the cozy living room or hanging out in the patio area of the backyard. Anytime we reached out to the host, they quickly responded. Would stay here again!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and squeaky clean! The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed—plenty of towels, dishes, cleaning supplies. Everything was well stocked.
The layout of the home is cozy. Super comfy couch and comfortable beds. We were never melting or freezing.
The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors that we talked to were kind. It was just a great base to make beautiful memories!

We had a great time. This place was overall pretty clean though one of the blankets we pulled from the closet did have some spills on it. Otherwise though it was clean, in a great location, and offered fun amenities such as the fire pit and pool table.

We REALLY enjoyed our 4 night stay! The house was well equipped for our 8 family members. In a previous post someone said the house smelled like animals so I was a bit worried but there was not even a faint smell of animal! The house was very clean and welcoming! We will definitely stay again if going to the CDA area. On a side note, one of the extra blankets that was available was so comfortable we purchased one online. 🙂

There are 2 floors. Game room with pool table. Be prepared to shovel snow if rent in winter. Great local to DT. Kitchen could be better stocked. Downstairs bedrooms carpeted...tired and not the cleanest. Huge sofa with a bit of a funny odor. This house accomodates a large group nicely.

We had a great time at this Airbnb in Coeur d’ Alene. It is only a few minutes away from downtown where there are lots of restaurants and shopping. The team managing this property was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean and had lots of amenities. We would be happy to stay here again!

We were very comfortable at this vrbo. It was clean, great location, allowed for dogs with a secure fenced back yard.
The only thing that we would have also liked was to watch football and soccer on the tv but didn’t have the channels available.

This home was great. Stayed here for a week, the locations is absolutely perfect close to everything. The Vacation Rental Authority was very responsive! We enjoyed the cleanliness and the cozy atmosphere of the house! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great 4 bedroom house.

This home was perfect for my family of four and in laws. The kids were able to have the downstairs with the fun pool table to themselves. It’s in a great location and close to downtown and the lake. It’s also a great house to bring your dog with you - not easy to find!

The place was really great. The location was fantastic for walking into downtown CDA and the house was spacious enough for 4 couples. I was specifically looking for a place where all 8 of us could sit at the dining room table to eat or play games and we could all relax together in the living room. The house was perfect for that. I definitely would recommend.

We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 1, 5, and 9. This house has a ton of room and was perfect. You can't beat the location! We walked to the park, splash pad, lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. We usually camp in CDA, but I think this will be our go to from now on! For our 1 year old we did bring our own necessities like stroller, pack n play, and high chair. I am sure they would have these things available if asked. We also had all of our own beach gear - chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler etc.

The location of this property was great! It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown CdA and far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We had 4 couples and the house fit us all and our needs perfectly! We can't wait to book again next time!

The house was great for our two families! One family stayed in the upstairs bedrooms the other family stayed in the downstairs bedrooms. Was nice to have the space and the kids loved the pool table. The location was fantastic! We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and even the marina. Everything is so close. The main area isn’t overly large, so there’s not a lot of extra room for eating and hanging out upstairs. But would recommend this house to others!

A great house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We loved the spacious living area that accommodated our whole group. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and lots of extra blankets and throws. Nice to have the option of parking in the garage. We would definitely stay there again!

Awesome vacation rental! This place really has it all, and is extremely walkable to everything. Just minutes from downtown, the lake, Tubbs Hill, and so on. Great amenities and comfort as well as a nice big fenced in yard that our dog LOVED and a grill we were able to use every night. Beautiful neighborhood as well. We would 100% stay here again and look forward to a future trip.

Home was minutes away from shopping and local stores. Plenty of room and a large living area for the entire family to lounge around when we weren't busy exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again. (Only Con: no outdoor furniture was set up. Not sure if that is seasonal).

Excellent house located walking distance to all of downtown CDA. Group of 8 adults was very comfortable and did not feel crowded at all. Large couch for relaxing, table seats 8 comfortably inside. All in all, great house! Backyard is a bit smaller than it appears in pictures but not a big deal!

Everything was as expected or better . The location was awesome and super close to everything. Kids loved the backyard hammocks. Only downside was the back side neighbor . He was super rude and sometimes mean. Best to not park in the back of the home to avoid dealing with him . Definitely will book again for next year .

There was plenty of room for our family of 10 with 2 grandchildren on cots we brought. The fenced back garden was great for our grandchildren & furry friends to relax after a day out exploring.
The house is located conveniently for walking to down town core & lake.
The pool table was a hit with the young & old.
The house was clean & the beds comfortable.
The only down side was there wasn’t enough coffee mugs for everyone, no wine glasses & general limited selection of glasses. No electric kettle , tea pot for those who prefer tea . It would have been nice to have some tea towels . Luckily there are several thrift stores, where we bought some coffee mugs, kettle & tea pot which we left at the house for future guest.
I would stay here again, but would bring a few of the items mentioned above .

Great, spacious house close to the heart of downtown Coeur D'Alene. Very comfortable place to hang out in. Only issues were the lock is kind of finicky to lock/unlock and one of the bedrooms downstairs has very minimal curtains so it gets very bright. Otherwise great!

It was a joy to stay in this home. With the modern interior and the easy walk to the downtown area it was a good fit for us. The favorite hangout for the kids were the two hammock chairs in the backyard. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet street, with just a short walk to downtown area. Church bells from down the block were nice to hear (but if you sleep in might want to bring a sound machine :-). Well appointed, nicely decorated. Management company easy to work with.

Great sized bedrooms (2 upstairs + 2 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms in the basement with a shared bathroom), comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Lovely furnishings. We cooked dinner one night and breakfast every morning with no issues. It's walkable to downtown but I'm glad we had a car since it was rainy almost the entire time we were in town (we were also sad not to get to use the backyard space which looks lovely). Be sure to pack your toiletries - there is hand soap, but nothing else. The pool table was fun to have (for our rainy nights) but there is something off with the leveling, so don't take the games too seriously! Wifi worked great and keypads are easier than keeping track of a key, so no complaints!

We chose this home to be close to family for a wedding. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to all the main points of interest in CDA. The home was very comfortable and decorated nicely. It was also very clean and well stocked with linens and towels. My daughter left her wallet at the home. We called from the airport and they sent someone right over to look for it. They found her wallet and sent us a message immediately. They sent the wallet and made it back to us in Florida a few days after we were home. The check in and out was very easy and the family that stopped by for a visit loved where we were staying!

I'm so grateful for the way we where treated! I had reserved a 2 for one blue house for my whole family months ago. Days before our arrival and me trying to get into contact he cancelled my stay. I realize that there was a big event that weekend and he knew he could get more money. I was so upset!
Thank god I found this house! They were grate! Easy to talk to, easy to get support and help with every question! We had a wifi problem and the nicest guy came over and worked extra hard to resolve the issues. Location is perfect for downtown. Plus the closing out when we left was super easy which is so nice when you're trying to get on the road.

The house was very nice and upgraded. 3 large bathrooms and 4 nice bedrooms. It was located in a very nice quiet older neighborhood and very close walk to the main part of downtown. The only problem was the two bedrooms in the basement were cold at night with just a thin coverlet and no blankets available for the bed. Also no blackout curtains and the sun rises very early in the summer morning in CDA. 4:30 am light is coming through the windows. Otherwise the house was exceptional and fulfilled our needs.

I'm from North Idaho. Went up to visit friends for a girls' weekend. Everything was great except there was no dish soap which made cleaning difficult. There was plenty of room for everyone!

Our visit to CdA was exceptional. The home we stayed in was exactly what Airbnb said it was like. The home was very clean and well appointed. The location was great. I will defiantly stay there again.

We stayed at this property the last week of July for our grandson's wedding. It was very comfortable. Also had a small family reunion with family from the East. It was very clean and up to date appliances. Location was great, within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other locations. We were very happy with everything and would stay there again. Would recommend this for families and friends.
