This beautiful home is located in a lovely neighborhood. The house is spacious, the beds comfy, amenities galore, and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids loved the downstairs… the games, yard activities and the bunk beds. Communications were easy and quick. We would love to return next year!

The house was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Perfect for multigenerational travel. Grandparents had the spacious main bedroom. Everyone got their own room and the kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and trundle beds downstairs. There is so much room in the house everyone felt so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance you could need and a great place to prepare meals. The back patio was where we spent most of our time and the yard was great for the kids to play. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to any large family looking for a place to stay.

It was an amazing place for the price. We stayed as a family from across 3 states. We were there for my Dad’s memorial and it was so nice to have a nice place to sit, talk, and reminisce. Thank you for such comfort.

Really great layout for a home with big gathering area and lots of comfortable beds. Backyard is pleasant as well. Easy access to Post Falls, Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

Great place to stay for large families! Very quiet area! They have all the amenities you could ever use! Clean and beautiful home! My family was very happy there!

Property was just as advertised. Contrary to other reviews the beds were very very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood great for a get away.Very well stocked home. If you forgot something I am sure it will be there.Highly recommend.

This was a very nice house, plenty more room than we needed for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything we needed in CDA/Spokane area. All of our interactions with the host were very professional and helpful - they do a really good job. Nothing negative to say, the place was wonderful, and really well stocked for cooking and extra towels and everything we could want. Thank you!

Loved, loved, loved this home! It was everything that we’d hoped for and more. Worked great for our family. Even though we were a large group, the layout of the home made it feel quite spacious. We also loved the walks and bike ride through the beautiful neighborhood. And the fall colors on the trees was a real treat. We enjoyed the park and lake, too. Everything was perfect. This has been by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We had our yearly family vacation here and it was perfect for family young to old! Very kid friendly which was perfect for us! Highly recommend and would come back here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. It was exactly like the online pictures and descriptions looked like. There was plenty of space both inside and out. It was the perfect house for our family reunion! The only opportunity for improvement is to replace the mattress in the main bedroom. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that, it was lovely!

Wow! If you're looking for a place to stay in the Post Falls/CDA area, look no further! Location is super easy to jump on the freeway and head to Spokane or CDA. I normally shy away from staying in short term rentals managed by a rental company because those houses feel impersonal and uncomfortable-- this house is the exact opposite! Comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels, extras like cribs, toys/games, beach towels and even a wagon and bikes! The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and safe and the private riverside park is a fun addition! The house was so comfortable for the 8 of us - we will definitely be back, we felt just like we were at home! The rental company provided helpful messages and suggestions for the area as well as clear directions to find and enter the home. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

We enjoyed this location very much and had an amazing time. The only challenge wss we could not get into the "park" as there is a gate that requires a code.

This was the perfect place for us when we spent a week in Post Falls. The home is beautiful - perfect for our group of 6. We loved the house, the neighborhood, and the location. The kitchen is very well equipped for any and all cooking you might want to do. We never had the opportunity to go down to the beach, but we will definitely work it in when we are back next summer.

We had a large group(14) with toddlers and babies. The location was perfect. The access to the beach and playground was the best part for us. I feel like the pictures don’t do this house justice. Also they have lots of baby items which was so helpful(crib, high chair, booster seat, pack n play). We will definitely be back.

Our stay at this home was incredible. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and were able to prepare and enjoy an entire thanksgiving feast with several people and kids. The home was so welcoming and comfortable. It made our vacation so relaxing. Perfect spot to get families together, thank you!!

Loved it. The beds are very tall and maybe should be added to the property description.
Mum and dad were unable to get into the beds because the beds were so tall. Family holiday was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was very nice and clean. Great family neighborhood with a park on the river, which you can walk to. Comfortable and clean. Worked great with our dogs - fully fenced and shaded backyard. (except when the yard people left the gate open). I would definitely stay here again.
