The home was open and comfortable. It was pet friendly and our dogs were able to be let out and played in the fenced yard.One bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. Three were on the main floor inside the house and one bedroom with a bathroom was accessed through the yard. It was the bunk room and worked well for one of our guests, but did not work for our toddlers. Overall, the location is excellent neighborhood very nice, it’s walkable and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a family reunion and the house was perfect for the get together. It is very close to downtown and the lake and is within walking distance of everything downtown. We had a wonderful time and the house was a relaxing getaway for us.

Comfortable home that is close to everything within walking distance. Great location for the Fourth of July and was so nice not having to worry about parking! The AC could use an upgrade…the upstairs stays warm. The ‘MIL’ has too small of beds, so we chose not to use it. The darkening shades are not darkening shades, so all rooms are kept lit from the natural light. A bit spendy overall, but it was a great week!

We absolutely loved the City Beach House. It was perfect walking distance to Downtown and to the City Park. We had 3 toddlers with us and cannot imagine staying any where else. The kitchen was big and well equipped and fit our family perfectly. We loved gathering outside in the backyard around the fire pit just hanging out and talking and there were plenty of chairs for everyone. The front porch was a favorite spot, as well. If we ever get back to CDA this house will be our first choice.

My only feedback would be to add more dining chairs-- enough chairs for people staying there. An outdoor dining table could be nice as well. Otherwise everything was great. Loved the location!

We would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood couldn’t be better! It was walkable to all the local shops and places to eat. Our dogs loved the walk by the lake every day and had a great backyard to run around in! It was exactly what we needed! It fit 6 people and 3 dogs very comfy!

This beautiful home had plenty of space for our family of 12. Kitchen was well appointed, and even had a waffle iron, which made it great for large family meals. Patio offered lots of seating. And the kids room off the garage allowed for some peace and quiet inside. Extremely clean, and close to everything.

This was my first VRBO experience and it exceeded my expectations. The property comfortably slept all 12 of us and it was within walking distance of a great beach at the lake, as well as downtown shopping and restaurants. Three things make or break a stay for me: the bed, the pillows, and the shower. All 3 of these were great at this property.

Ideal location and layout with a nice outdoor space! Easy walk to Sherman restaurants, shops and bars and great location near the beach and Boardwalk Marina. Perfect quarters for four families to enjoy CDA. The house is well-stocked and easy to enjoy with a group or large family.

Last minute trip to CDA for Spring Break and we were thrilled to find this gem! House was beautiful, large family area and the bedrooms with 3 bathrooms were so convenient with older kids! We didn't need to use the bunk room but could have been fun with extra family. Kitchen was well stocked, showerheads and water pressure was the best we have ever experienced!! We will definitely be coming back in the summer when we can appreciate the outdoor space and the convenient walk to the parks, Lake and so many great restaurants!

We had an amazing stay at City Beach House. The house and neighborhood for perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing week in the beautiful CDA. Our kids loved the bunk room and the kitchen/living room were awesome for cooking and enjoying our time with friends and family.

We had a great stay at the property. The house was very clean and the communication with the rental company was proactive and easy. The location of the house can’t be beat! Downtown is a short 10/15 minute walk and the beach is even closer. It’s a great house for a group and we’d definitely stay there again.

You won’t be sorry booking this gorgeous home! The location can’t be beat - mere blocks to gorgeous parks and sandy waterfront. Don’t want to leave the house? Then hang in the back equipped with a fire pit and plenty of seating. Only downsides were the images don’t quite depict how small the backyard is, and the “bunk room” is perfect for older kids but definitely not close enough to the main house for little kids. The kitchen and rooms are fully stocked with everything you’ll need. Wonderful house, we’ll definitely be back!

We loved the location to the park & beach. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom & bath.
There were a few things that could use some work, a few of the stools were very wobbly, some of the kitchen chairs were coming apart underneath, the door knob in the bunk room was not fully connected, but overall was a great house, we loved it.

What a perfect home for our family. Main house 4 bedrooms with huge master! Through courtyard is mother in law suite with 4 beds and bathroom - ideal for kids space. Perfect open space for family hang out, perfect kitchen open layout to living area. Walk thru park lovely to main lake area and restaurants only 10-15 mins. Parking in garage and behind house with helpful washer and drier! Morning coffee on front porch a must.

This property worked perfectly for my large family. We have five kids, 5 and under, and nine adults. This house accommodated all of us very comfortably. The location of this house could not be better. Fort Sherman park is a block away, the beach is about 3 blocks away and downtown is also a very short walk. We rarely used our cars. The house has a lovely fenced in patio. This made for a great place to gather on the warm evenings. We will definitely be coming back!

This house was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. There was plenty of seating in the living room, which we loved for our family reunion. It was a beautiful 15 minute walk through the park to get to downtown, we barely needed the car. Appreciated the extra linens and even large foam mattress pad. The pad came in handy, as I think it is worth mentioning that the fifth bedroom by the garage is extremely small. One of the teenagers used the pad to sleep in the master suite for a little extra breathing room. If you have older kids, they will need to put their luggage in one of the other bedrooms. We did have two housekeeping situations, but the response was exceptional, and handled immediately and easily. The company was very pleasant to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! This place was perfect for our group, which was in town for a family reunion at City Park, which was a 2 minute walk from the front steps.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, there were enough bathrooms for everyone, and the kiddos had a great time in the “bunk house.” This was also one of the best stocked AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in - it truly felt like home.
If I’m ever in Couer d’Alene again, I’ll be staying here!

The home is close to downtown. Very walkable (when there isn’t too much snow). Next to an awesome park for the kids. The home is well furnished. There is a bunk room and bathroom
off the garage, since you have to go outside to access it, it’s better for older kids or maybe some in laws. We really enjoyed our stay!

This made a fantastic home base for our group’s weekend in CDA. Tremendous location just a short walk from downtown. House was very clean, well cared for, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. Beds/bedrooms all comfortable and provided plenty of space for everyone in the group. Highly recommend and we’ll certainly look to book again on our next trip to CDA!

Eight girl friends since grade school met at this home for four days. Coming from all over the country, everyone loved this home! Everything we needed was provided in this beautiful house. Our family vacation was wonderful. My top rated would be location.
The house was clean and updated. The kitchen had all of the pots pans that we needed.
Three members of our family were unable to make so we didn’t have to use the outdoor extra room.
The out door room is to warm otherwise it would have been nice to use it because it has a bathroom with a shower.
We loved Coeur d’Aleve and will come again.

We booked this house very short notice because the other house we booked originally was so bad that we had to change it.
The communition was very smooth, the house it self was great. Very clean , spacious and well equipped. The 12 of us were very comfortable. The location of this house is also a plus. Close to everything including the lake. Highly recommend it and would definatly go back .

Beautiful home in CDA that really works for families! The 8 of us had plenty of room, private bedrooms, and enjoyed the short walk to the lake. The indoor fireplace and outdoor entertaining area was used nightly. If we travel back to CDA, we would book this home again - very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a vacation together 😁.

Great location with everything downtown within walking distance. Everyone who came had plenty of room and despite being in a popular area it was very quiet. Nicely furnished though we were disappointed that there was no Kleenex or coffee. Also if you enjoy reading and playing games (besides shuffleboard which was amazing) bring your own.

We stayed with family for our brother’s Celebration of life. This property was perfectly located between our sister in law’s home and downtown. Hosts were excellent checking the property and clearing the ice before we arrived. We had 7 adults and really appreciated the 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Many of the CdA rentals only have 2-3 bathrooms. This was perfect for our group. The table shuffleboard was a delightful surprise and some friendly competitions were enjoyed by our family each day. We look forward to staying again!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood super close to the resort. We were there for a company retreat, so we had a couple rental cars, as we were arriving at different times/different states. Parking on the street in front of the house seems strict on ticketing, but there is space for about 2 cars behind the house - just FYI. Anyway, the house is beautiful, very clean, spacious and welcoming.

The purpose of this rental was for 8 former high school classmates to get together to catch up on life. We are all in our late 60's and have been meeting once a year, somewhere in the US, for the past 7 years, and this year we decided to come to CDA. The house was perfect for us - enough seating in the living room, enough seating and table space for us to eat together and we have never had such a well equipped kitchen. Anything we needed to cook with was there. The bedrooms and baths were clean and comfortable, so all in all, we could not have asked for more. Last but not least, the location could not have been better. Within walking distance of parks, waterfront, the resort and shopping. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful gathering spot this year.

Great location, close to everything! The house was roomy and nice.
The only thing we wished for was less restricted supplies of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent shampoo/body wash, and paper towels, which were all rationed. This was very inconvenient as we kept finding ourselves running low on something, and had to rush to the store again. For the price at which this house rents, this level of rationing seems to be unnecessary.

This place was just a 5 min walk from the park-a very large, shady, well built park in CDA. Excellent location for our family with 4 grandchildren 5 and under.
