This was our second stay here and it was just as we rendered remembered. Plenty of room, amenities as listed, and comfortable. The only downfall for us was water pressure both in the kitchen and bathroom but didn’t deter us from wanting to stay here again. Will book again next year.

This home was a great fit for our group, which included two small children. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the house was clean and well-maintained. Communication for check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. We also appreciated the ample parking and the added privacy that came with the corner lot location.
That said, there are a few areas where some improvements could make the stay even better. The water pressure in the primary bathroom was extremely low, making the shower difficult to use. The kitchen was generally well-stocked, but surprisingly, there were only two coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 12. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a few more basic essentials provided, such as soap, shampoo, and enough coffee for the first morning.
Despite these minor issues, the home’s layout, cleanliness, and location worked really well for our group, and I would absolutely consider staying here again.

Great location-midway between the theme parks and downtown CDA. Fenced backyard provided a safe and fun place for our grandkids and (dog!) to play. Grandkids also loved the arcade game!
Was impressed with CDA as a vacation destination. Lots of fun activities for our group of 10 ranging in age from 3 to 70!

This is a home we did not want to say goodbye to! The home is beautiful and well stocked. The lay out was great and plenty of room for guests. The area is beautiful, and we would definitely stay here again and again!! Thank you VRA for great communication during our stay.

The host VRA was always very responsive to any questions or issues and were able to remedy things very quickly. We loved having a dog door to access the yard! It was a great and open space, very large master and so much room for our family. We loved the location - my kids could play at the elementary school in the evening and was very close to a lot of things that we needed. We even saw deer occasionally and the neighbors were friendly and quiet.

This property was just what we needed for a memorable family vacation to the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene/Hayden area. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and was close to so many restaurants, attractions and amenities. The house was exactly as it was described and there was room for everyone in our group to stretch out and move around. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate and open. The backyard was large and well maintained, perfect to sit outside and enjoy the cool nights. If you are traveling to this area I would highly recommend this property and renting from Vacation Rental again if/when we return in the future.

My family and I visit CDA multiple times a year and were very excited to find a place so close to my sister that had bedrooms for everyone. The place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Very straightforward check-in. We cooked meals every day together and had everything we needed - kitchen was very well stocked. We had plenty of space and our dogs loved the large yard. Will absolutely book again in the future!

We stayed at this home with 8 adults and enjoyed it very much. The property itself is very large, and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything was very clean and as advertised in the photos. I had some hesitation booking when I saw there wasn't too many reviews, but don't let that worry you. The booking was as easy as ever and I was updated via email for anything I needed and all instructions. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

This property was better than we expected, we loved the big yard. They had volleyball and croquet in the garage to set up. It is located in a great spot to get to groceries, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The house was great. We really enjoyed the back yard with plenty of room for activities. The neighbor hood is really nice too and quick drive to downtown CDA and Silverwood.

We are local and had a burst pipe and major flooding at our home. We had to be out of our house for a month. We used this property manager a couple times at different locations and they were great. I explained our issue and they helped us check in early. If we had any issue at the rental they were very quick to respond. They have been great to work with!

I brought my family together at your beautiful home for a memorial service for our stepfather. We had people coming on various days and staying various lengths but it was perfect. We cooked meals everyday and you had most of what we needed. I use VRBO often for our travels and your place was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Just a couple of points for you. Table lamps in the living room would be an added bonus. Also a small step next to the master bed would be great for us short-legged folks! 😁 would definitely stay here again. Oh and your TP holder in master bath needs adjusting! Kept dumping the roll off. Thank you so much.
