The location of the Downtown Charmer cannot be beat no matter what you are in town for. You will be minutes by car or walking to several Coeur d’Alene top activities, restaurants, & more!
Access
To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be available 3 days prior to your arrival.

The main bedroom features a lovely queen sized bed, hotel quality linens, a closet as well as a dresser for storage & a private half bathroom. The half bathroom includes a pedestal sink, mirror & toilet.
The second bedroom features lots of bright sunshine from 2 large windows, a queen bed, luxury linens & an armchair for added seating.
The home also features 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo & high-end towels.
LIVING SPACE:
When you step into the Downtown Charmer you will be greeted by the cozy living room complete with a couch, armchair with a foot stool, coffee table, mounted Smart TV & an original wood burning stove (for decor). The space allows you to instantly relax from the moment you walk through the door. The classic décor highlights the areas lakes & allows bright twinkling light through the windows as it shines through the gorgeous stained glass accent pieces.
As you walk around the corner, right off the kitchen is a dedicated dining area with an antique table with seating for 4, a beautiful hutch, & lots of natural light shining through another unique stained glass accent feature.
The galley kitchen features all main appliances including a fridge, electric stove, oven, microwave & a dishwasher to make clean up easy! Basic countertop appliances such as a drip coffee pot & toaster are also available. Everything you may need to create a delicious meal from cookware, plates, glassware, & utensils are available here at the Downtown Charmer.
Downstairs in the basement you will find a washer & dryer available as well as extra space to hang out or utilize as storage.
OUTSIDE:
Enjoy the fresh Idaho air outside in the front or backyard here at the Downtown Charmer. The yard is filled with lush green grass to allow the little ones to run around & play or there is a outdoor dining set available if you would like the dine al fresco. Sip a cup of coffee or enjoy an adult beverage at the end of a fun filled day under the bistro string lights. The back patio also features a propane grill to make dinner easy!
Behind the home there is a dedicated pad next to the garage with 2 free parking spaces available. Additional street parking is available if needed.
Outdoor fires are restricted Memorial Day through the end of October. We appreciate your help in protecting our beautiful lands and properties.
