Host answered pre arrival questions quickly! Very comfortable home for 10 adults. Tidy, clean – very comfortable beds (2 king suites). Lovely back yard patio, quiet neighborhood. Great location to Tubbs trail and Sanders beach. Good parking. Fun ping pong and gas grill worked great.

We were all very happy with this choice! The house was very clean and we have some picky people, Everything went super smooth from check-in to check out. And the location is really fantastic!

Location, location, location, a block to the beach! Everything was provided. Beach chairs and floats. An amazing kitchen stocked with everything for our cooks to make great meals. The entire family was impressed!! A total 10! We LOVED it!!!!!

The lake house was beautiful and the amenities did not disappoint. The host was easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions and requests before and during our stay. With 10 adults in full vacation mode I was worried we may disturb the neighbors in this very residential community. The neighbors were kind and welcoming to our group which made it much easier for us to enjoy our stay. The only thing that could’ve improved our stay during those hot 90° days was if the home had AC. Everything else was magical!
