Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and as described. We did have to buy a can opener, more paper towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo for our group of 8 for our 6 night stay. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time in the area visiting family.

Excellent location with private boat slip a few minutes down the road. This was a perfect spot for exploring the lake. The house was clutter free with an excellent view of the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again! It was the perfect “lake house” experience for the price. We loved the views and the use of the private park and dock. We even could see fireworks on the lake right from our deck on the 4th of July! The house was very spacious and not overly decorated or cluttered. We had PLENTY of space for the 6 of us and found it to be well stocked and very clean. We loved the ice maker and water in the fridge! Great for filling our water bottles for each adventure. We did not have any issues by not having a/c. The lower level stayed cool all day and the upper level cooled nicely in the evening by opening the windows and turning on the fans! Really great place to retreat to after a days worth of lake/mountain adventures! P.s. The internet was quite slow which only bothered our teenagers but worth noting if you are in need of it.

This home has incredible views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and Cave Bay. The community marina and dock are the perfect way to cool off from the summer heat. The home’s sleeping arrangements are on the east end of the home to offer maximum protection from that early morning Inland Northwest sun. The huge covered balcony was a family favorite for meals or enjoying the evening talking about our time on the lake. We hope to return again.

We absolutely love this neighborhood. The home is perfectly located and offers stunning views of the lake. It comes with all the amenities you’d expect to see.
Our only criticism is the internet speeds vary, so keep that in mind if working remotely on video calls. Also, the beds are nice and fully equipped but the mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable.
We would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay at the lake!

Our family stayed here after attending my youngest sons graduation from WSU. The property is beautiful and the location lovely and quiet. Plenty of room and we had a great time!

Extremely pleasant and serene location. House is very comfortable, roomy and has all you could need. Views of the lake is fantastic with a lovely covered, large deck.

Always a great time in Cave Bay! This house has plenty of space and all the conveniences one would need. Second time coming to this house and was still clean and the view is awesome!

Great location and incredible views! The house was set up nice and easily accommodated ours girls trip with 7 of us. The beach isn’t that far away but using a vehicle to get there is recommended. The road has several switchbacks and is very steep.

6 adults stayed here (my spouse/myself, my sibling/their spouse, our parents) and the house was pretty great. 2 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bathroom, and a bonus room downstairs with 3 queen beds (2 are bunkbeds) and another bathroom. The house was clean, had beautiful views, everything worked well. Plenty of clean towels were out for us to use. The only downside was it was 90+ degrees (which I'm sure is the case most of the summer) and the house doesn't have AC, so the upstairs is pretty hot during the day, and there are no curtains upstairs to block the sun. With all the windows/fans it cools down at night enough to sleep, though. The downstairs was nice and cool the entire time!
Couple of suggestions I'd make:
- provide more wash cloths. we ran out and could have used several more
- the lid to the trash can doesn't work. you're supposed to push a button and the lid pops up. the button is broken so you basically have to pry the lid up every time you want to throw something away. not a deal breaker, but pretty annoying and an easy/quick fix that could be made

We had been looking for a place with a water view for a few weeks. This place caught our attention based on the location, view, structure, etc. We were extremely pleased with the view, cleanliness and responsiveness of the VRBO management team. I highly recommend this home for your next stay.

A beautiful view! We loved the private park with the beach, dock, volleyball net, cornhole, etc. The house was clean and simple and had everything we needed. We’d recommend it.

This was our first vacation in 6 years and this place did not disappoint. It was nice to come through the door and the house be clean, I used to travel a lot for work and I’ve immediately checked out of hotels that weren’t to my standards. Property managers were quick to respond to questions, people are friendly in the neighborhood and the view is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice house to stay in. The view is amazing and very relaxing. This house is part of a private community, so the dock and beach/picnic area were very quiet. We felt very safe. The people in the community are also nice!

Perfect place for two families. The kids had the downstairs all to themselves with their own bathroom and a game system. The two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the adults. Loved waking up to watch the sunrise while drinking coffee on the deck and watching the boats on the lake all day. S’mores at the fire pit and card games around the dining’s table. We spent a wonderful couple days kayaking, playing volleyball and resting in the private lake beach/park. This place is about 40 minutes from Couer d’Alene so hit the grocery store and enjoy the quiet.
