Best location in all of CDA

The house was wonderful. I think the location is the best place in all of CDA, the big picture windows not only gave great light but also for the views to watch the activities around us. Both patios were used a lot as was the hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom layout. For 3 bedrooms with different families and only one bathroom downstairs was sometimes a challenge. Even if there was a half bath down there it would help. On the easier side to fix, there were only 4 wine glasses, not many spoons and the regular coffeepot needs upgrading. Also the mattress in the master bedroom is too old. The complaints are just for your information because all 8 of us loved the house, the locaton, the space and the ambiance.
