We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 1, 5, and 9. This house has a ton of room and was perfect. You can’t beat the location! We walked to the park, splash pad, lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. We usually camp in CDA, but I think this will be our go to from now on! For our 1 year old we did bring our own necessities like stroller, pack n play, and high chair. I am sure they would have these things available if asked. We also had all of our own beach gear – chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler etc.
