Beautiful view, cozy home and very clean!

The beds were extremely comfortable and I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The living room space was so cozy and I fell in love with the couch! Everything was as described and a representative from vacation rentals was always available to answer any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Nice large house. Clean. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Suited our needs!

This home is beautiful. The kitchen was great and had some staples. Bathrooms were clean. The rainfall shower is nice but not the best for everyday use. The hot tub was awesome. Close to downtown and many restaurants. We walked most mornings for coffee. Quick walk to the lake.

This home is perfect for large families or groups. There are multiple spaces that accommodate a large meeting area and bedrooms that are far enough away for napping children or those who want to sleep in later than the group. The kitchen is very large and well put together to make meal prep for a group super easy. Appliances were updated and efficient. It was well stocked with everything needed to cook for and serve a large group. The hot tub was enjoyed especially during some falling snow. Downtown Coeur d’Alene was less than 10 minute drive & a 1/2 hour drive up into the CDA national forest ( Fernan Saddle) provided a sledding spot. We would book this home again.

This was just what we needed. A place to rest… play games… have food… and a fenced backyard for the dog. It was stocked with essentials and clean! Super pleased!

This home was perfect for our family . We own a home in the area and needed extra space for out of state family that was visiting for the holidays .

This was a very nice house, plenty more room than we needed for our family of 9. Quiet neighborhood, but easy access to everything we needed in CDA/Spokane area. All of our interactions with the host were very professional and helpful – they do a really good job. Nothing negative to say, the place was wonderful, and really well stocked for cooking and extra towels and everything we could want. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home! It was the perfect fit for my family. We had both my own family (with teenagers) and my brother’s family (with small children) as well as my parents together for Christmas. The kitchen is huge and was perfect for cooking Christmas dinner. There were so many fun activities for the children to do in the game/activity area, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. Lots of televisions so everyone was happy. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The DOWNTOWN DREAM house is indeed a dream house. This is the best VRBO I’ve stayed in for a family and or large group. The house is immaculately clean, large with multiple spaces for everyone. The owners have thought of everything from the firepit, hotbub, games room, music room, gym and a separate unit over the garage. Lastly, the home is a short walk to downtown. You will not be disappointed if you rent this dream house.

Spent a week at the house. It was very spacious. Plenty of room for our 12 family members. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pans and silverware. Everything we needed could be found there. We had one maintenance request and it was handled immediately. I would definitely rent here again. Thank you.

This home fit our family gathering wonderfully. The best part about it was the number of bathrooms. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached which is quite rare but definitely a blessing with a large group. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, cups, mugs and silverware as well as spices needed for preparing meals. We will use this home again if the availability meets our families schedule, we had a great time!

This home was beyond perfect for our very large family to celebrate Christmas for a week!! It was truly perfect! This home was so beautifully furnished with so many extras and was so spacious so everyone felt so comfortable! The downstairs had many fun games a large tv area and pool table to name just a few!! Our family really enjoyed the hot tub especially after some of the braver ones decided to do a polar plunge in the river. The views were stunning, the kitchen was really nicely equipped, and the home had so many well layed out bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms!! We couldn’t recommend this place more it was just everything we needed and so much more!!!

We had such a wonderful time at the Osprey house! The neighborhood was beautiful and the views were fantastic. We had ten people for Christmas and were able to cook big meals, play games and still have space to not be all on top of each other. Town was really cute, great shops and restaurants. Definitely want to come back again in the summer.

This was our second family Christmas holiday at this beautiful property, and it did not disappoint! Our group of 16 (4 families) absolutely loved everything about this lovely home. There was more than enough space for everyone to be together comfortably.
The kids and teenagers especially enjoyed the downstairs area, spending hours playing foosball and air hockey. The pool table on the main floor added another layer of fun for the whole group. The kitchen was incredibly well-appointed with everything we needed, and the barbecue and Traeger on the patio made grilling a breeze.
The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for everyone—no small feat for a group our size! This home made our family time extra special, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to gather and celebrate.

This property is amazing! We stayed here with our adult children and grandchild so we could attend a family wedding. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities all exceeded our expectations! We appreciated the communication by the owners/agency and the consistency of the advertised property. We plan to visit the area ma y times in the upcoming years and would be blessed to stay here each time!

A great home for a large group. We enjoyed the open concept and propane fireplace. The shuffleboard was a nice addition. The kitchen was large and well stocked and the home was clean. We were blessed. Thanks!

Really great stay . Fantastic communication and great location. The only complaint I have , is we didn’t have access to the gym or Hot tub on property. I saw it on the listing but I guess it’s extra payment for access. I didn’t do much research and just assumed it was included so that is honestly my bad . The house and everything else was perfect! 20 out of 10 !

Need to replace the coffee maker pot. It’s a Mr Coffee pot in a Cuisinart maker and it makes a mess.Everything else was great!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountainside retreat! The house had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation with my family. In addition, the views were breathtaking. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!
