Awesome property steps from the lake

Our stay was lovely! The house and yard were absolutely beautiful and I am hoping to come back soon.

The rental was clean and comfortable. I loved the front porch in the morning and the back deck in the afternoon. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for all my cooking needs. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. I loved the step in shower. It was easy for my mom to get in and out of. The temperature was well controlled in the house. I was very happy with my stay. I would stay there again if I return.

This has been by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! We had our yearly family vacation here and it was perfect for family young to old! Very kid friendly which was perfect for us! Highly recommend and would come back here again!

What a wonderful week we spent at this house. It was perfect for our group of 7. We had plenty of room to spread out, including 2 complete kitchens, although we only used one of them. The beds were very comfortable and each had several pillows to choose from. Plenty of towels were provided. The views from the 2 very large decks were spectacular. We had Elk in the trees right below us one morning. Very quiet and private. I highly recommend this property!

My Son was getting married at The Willows at Wolf Lodge and this property was perfect for us to use as a home base for the venue. Even though we live locally, we didn’t want to have to drive back and forth and this was great! We also had some family from out of town and this was so much nicer than a hotel. The kitchen was well stocked and everything else was great. Would highly reccomend this property if you have functions going on in the area as its close to I-90 so easy to get anywhere.

Everything was perfect! I only couldn’t give it 100% 5 Stars because it was a very expensive stay and I feel like it didn’t need to be.

We had an fantastic long weekend in this beautiful home. Great house, beach and lake were amazing and the views were stunning. 2 epic rounds of golf at the CDA Resort and Circling Raven and both were very easy to access. Fully recommend. We hope to come back.

My family and I were in town for a wedding. The property was just what we needed. It was clean and spacious and the location was perfect. And the check-in process could not be easier.

The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some “work” at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.

Great stay

The Beach Cottage was a great property in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. It is walking distance to the resort and all of the shopping/dining nearby. The property was just as described on the site and they provided everything to make the stay super comfortable. It was very clean and easy to access. I would highly recommend the Beach Cottage and any property that Vacation Rental Authority is renting.

I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. This was a beautiful home with all the little details thought of. The host was very good about communicating timely and detailed. The home is well taken care of and is in a perfect location. There are plenty of beds and showers for group or family. Weabsolutely rent again when we come back

Our stay at this home was everything we had imagined and more! The house was extremely clean and well kept. We enjoyed cooking in the large and fabulously stocked kitchen, and spending time in the cozy open-attached great room. The warmth of the fireplace and beautiful furnishings throughout the house were appreciated by all of us. So many extra touches provided for guests! And the library was an added bonus! We did not utilize the basement area, but spent plenty of time on the large deck where we were able to take in the glorious view, relaxing and enjoying the company of our dear friends. We give this a top-rate recommendation! Hilltop at Hayden Lake was our best VRBO rental experience since beginning our travel years!

This condo was perfect for our visit to Post Falls. It had everything we needed and more. Communication was very good, checking in was easy, and the place was extremely clean and neat.
