Cute, quiet little place for our family of 5. We stayed here while on our trip to Silverwood. Nice and close to the park. Just a short 20ish minute drive away. The only thing I want to mention for other families with kids is that if you need to use all 3 beds in the bunk room, just be aware that the top bunk is really high and has no bar. None of ours would sleep up there. But such a minor detail and didn’t hurt our stay at all! We’d definitely stay again.

Loved this house! The obvious selling point is the incredible view off the decks (pictures don’t do it justice, btw). But the amenities of the house are top notch as well. Felt very clean, great entertainment options between the smart TVs, pool table, hot tub, etc. We had just an all out wonderful experience here. Definitely hope to come back!

Lots of bedrooms. 3 floors so it was nice that you could have your own space, even if you were with a bigger group. Cute little fenced backyard. It was relaxing to sit outside on the patio furniture and chat. Ping pong table was a good source of entertainment.

This location was great! Everyone in our group’s love this home. We had a great time!

This house was so perfectly central for all your vacation needs! Easy access to the lake, downtown, and grocery store. Great layout with rooms/bathrooms for the whole family. Was sad to leave

This home was perfect for families. Safe for children and a wonderful open concept. The lake was very muddy for swimming but the little ones caught their first fish and didn’t mind at all.

Perfect location close to downtown, Tubbs Hill, groceries and the 11th St. Marina which made it convenient to do everything we wanted/needed to do. Host was very flexible when we asked to check in early. House is plenty big enough given it was just two of us.

We had 16 grown men stay at this property and we were more than comfortable. It was perfect

What a lovely house, we enjoyed it all. We loved sitting on the top deck watching the deer each night, but the bottom deck with the swim spa was used each morning to view the lake and the sunrise. Very neat and clean and had every amenity needed. My husband love the lower level- with pool table and comfy couch.

Really loved this home. It is located convenient to downtown CDA. I was pleasantly surprised by how large the house was. It easily could accommodate 15+ people. The check in/out process was seamless. I’ve always stayed in homes on the lake in the past. In the future, this will be my first option when staying in CDA.

The house was much more than expected. Beautiful historic garden district neighborhood. House was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our dogs when we needed to leave them. Walked to Sherman Street every evening with our dogs to have dinner. Very dog friendly town. Dogs are even welcome on the lake cruise.

What a beautiful home and setting! We were 4 couples and we had no complaints. Loved the bedroom layout with the private bathrooms. The deck was phenomenal as was the view. Would definitely come here again.

Our stay was cozy and fun. My Mom and I decided to take 4 of the teenage cousins to Silverwood and the lake. The property was easy to find. Comfortable and well stocked for teens with the ping pong table, fuse ball table, and shuffle board. Lots of space and washrooms so we did not feel on top of each other and having laundry machines was a dream! Thank you! Also, loved the binder with all the local tips!
