Home has a great outdoor space to play yard games, card games on the awesome patio furniture, grill out, and hot tub. Inside is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfy beds, adequate kitchen supplies. Would not hesitate booking this place again in the future.

Clean, adorable house with so many special touches, including tons of blankets, bedside charge cords and fans, and a fire table. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Coeur d’Alene. The location of this property is excellent close to the downtown. The house had everything you could possibly need during your stay. Much better than other homes we have rented. I would encourage anyone looking for a quiet charming house in downtown Coeur d’Alene this should be your place.

I really enjoyed my stay at this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the river, enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony early morning and in the evening, very convenient to everything I needed, found a cute little breakfast place nearby. I will most definitely be staying there again in the future and bring a friend with me.

It doesn’t get much better than this! We had an incredible time at this lovely Post Falls home and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the dock to the arcade games, from the cleanliness to the billiards, the peacefulness to the amenities – this Airbnb had everything and more!

The house, management company, and customer service were all terrific. We loved the house and would have spent all hours of the day on the porch overlooking the lake or swimming off the dock if not for the great golf and boating options. Thankfully we did plenty of all of these things. We loved every minute and look forward to coming back.

The property is located within minutes of downtown Coeur d’Alene, and within walking distance to the beach. The backyard is fantastic to hang out and relax with a fire pit and waterfall feature. The home itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. Bathrooms were immaculate. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time!

Such a beautiful location. We ended up not doing a lot of the things away from the house that we planned on doing because the house had everything we needed.

Best company we have dealt with. Good communication and the check out rules were the best. Other places charge a cleaning fee and then expect you to do the cleanup for them. All that was asked was to pick up after ourselves. Highly recommend

This cabin was PERFECT for our weekend! We were all in a bridal party and needed a spot that was close our venue, ended up being 5 min up the road! Not too far from Downtown Coeur d’Alene either, so we could get to all the necessary wedding things pretty easily. The entire area is so serene and peaceful, the creek on the side yard was beautiful! Would highly recommend for a quiet vacation get away for anyone!

Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, eat, and play. The private doc is a nice touch for warm summer days!

Property was spotless. Very spacious. Family and friends came by to visit us during our stay, lots of room to accommodate everyone comfortably. There is a large kitchen that was comfortable to cook in. We cooked every day breakfast and dinner. There are even a small collection of spices available. Three bathrooms! Trust me, it’s needed with a big group. The canoe was enjoyed by everyone and the family enjoyed swimming just off the beach. This is not a super lux home, it’s a spotless, comfortable older home and is perfect for those that cringe at the thought of hotel stays. Management is very attentive and quick to respond. Very pleased. My only suggestions: 1) A rug that can be put down in the master bathroom. Floor can get slick. 2) Master bed is very noisy and creaks with every moment. It’s NOT uncomfortable though. 3) Paved path to the boat house needs sweeping. Impossible to walk barefoot on. 4) Posting a welcome for the home, adding little details like where to find items in the home would be helpful. Not everyone has phones or service. Our old phones struggled so we found ourselves texting with questions we later realized we’re in a prepared link. Some of us are just old school. 5) A check out time of 11 would be very much appreciated, especially for older family members. We’ve NEVER left a home a mess and never will. A bit extra time to sleep before gathering up to clean up after ones self would be greatly appreciated. Over all stay a 10!!

Spent a long weekend at CDA. Great location to be able to walk downtown, walk along the lake and hike. House is well appointed with a nice seating area in the fenced backyard. The upstairs living room had a large comfy couch to watch movies together. Beds were very comfortable. The property is furnished with plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, (although there are lots of great restaurants in the area). I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Vacation home slightly further out of Coeur d alene than expected. However, absolutely loved the peaceful surroundings. And perfect for our family out of towner’s to come for our daughter’s graduation. I do hope to be able to rent again in the future.

We loved it!

The house was great! It was well stocked with essentials and had everything anyone would need for their stay…. The best part was that it was a 10 min walk North or South to get to amazing restaurants and shops. Property company was very quick to respond and offer suggestions to questions we had too. This helped us have an amazing time, would book again if in the area!
