My sister and I brought our parents here for their 50th anniversary. Excellent stay. The home was super clean and in a great location. Its about 5-10 min from the charming downtown area. Even being that close to the city, while at the home, you feel secluded which was exactly what we were looking for. There were a couple of minor issues with the shades in the living area and the AC upstairs but nothing that couldn’t be easily navigated or fixed. Highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described, and we were very comfortable with five adults and a baby. The hot tub with mood lights topped off our first day, and the views were phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home!

Such a lovely place to stay! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We felt right at home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was beautiful and perfect! Check in/check out process was so easy and seamless. We were greeted with a baby deer in the backyard when we arrived! Such a great location. I highly recommend this spot, and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

This house had everything we needed. The view is so beautiful. We played games (that were in the closet) every night and had the best time! We really enjoyed our stay.

This house has amazing lake views from every room. Convenient location, 7-8 min to downtown Coeur D Alene. There are biking and walking trails along the lake. Smooth check in and check out.

Great home for Christmas vacation. We had a great time. we loved the view. They had a Christmas tree set up. The hot tub was wonderful. We got a great view of wildlife. Quite house.

Everything was easy and seamless. Do wish they could add a rocker chair in main room though. The one upstairs master bedroom was great but one in main living room overlooking wonderful view would be awsome. Everything was very nicly organized thanks for the great stay.

We loved this lake house. Views were spectacular from all rooms. Loved the hot tub overlooking the lake. Location was perfect, with a few minutes to downtown Couer D'Alene, and to other areas. Would recommend Tony's by the Lake for dinner, just a short drive. Would come back again! (the house definitely accommodates a more adult crowd as an fyi)

Beautiful property. Large picture windows of the lake and lots of towels/ kitchen appliances like coffee pod maker and hot tub. Bring pods for your am coffee. Very nice complete setup for your stay.

This home was perfect for our family with two teens, everyone got their own bathroom and own space. The views were incredible from every window in this nice, quiet neighborhood. Checking in was flawless and the furnishings were updated and felt like home. Kitchen was fully equipped with a regular drip coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker and a gourmet toaster. Full size fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with large washer and dryer and laundry soap was included! There was a BBQ and hot tub and other outdoor spaces but we did not use as it was too hot while we were there. Overall a wonderful vacation. Only improvement would be beach chairs to use.

The Silver Beach Retreat was awesome, exactly what we were looking for. The views were stunning, and I enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the deck, sitting in the rocking chair, looking at the lake.

The house had a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. Deer were walking around the house in the morning and evenings. The house had everything we needed to feel at home. Very close to the restaurants and shops. We would stay there again!

Beautiful home. Stunning view! Only thing I would change is to have the couch in the living room and the bed in the master turned around to face the lake! Well stocked kitchen. Would go back again!

Excellent location in relation to the Lake, vicinity of downtown, airport, etc. The property was clean, matched the photos/description, and had everything we needed. The host was extremely accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable, and informative on a variety of aspects. We recommend staying here for couples & families, and will be back on our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Some of the blinds are broken which is very unfortunate because the view should not be missed. We were even able to spot a beautiful bald eagle from the living room. Home is lovely, had everything we needed. 3 stories so we each had our own beds and bathroom. We definately would stay here again. Cleaning crew needs to clean under beds, sofas, end tables etc....Other than that, it was perfect!!!!
