There was a group of 12 of us for a Memorial Day weekend golf trip. The home and property was beautiful and well maintained. It had a great layout for us and would work great for families as well.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! The home was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved the two dens and large screen TVs. The kitchen was especially well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals.The deck was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We had a large group and the house was perfect. Everyone had their own space, but also room for everyone to be together. The deck was the best. The views were beautiful and there was enough seating for everyone...even witnessed a meteor shower. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen was spacious and well stocked. The family loved the pool table and hot tub also.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountainside retreat! The house had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable vacation with my family. In addition, the views were breathtaking. Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

The house was perfect for our party of seven collegues/friends. We were able to host some "work" at the dining table, but also all have our own beds and have a lot of space to spread out and enjoy. We even had an epic nerf gun battle. The views are spectacular and this family home is really well maintained. Just a quick drive down the hill and all the Sherman Street and CDA has to offer is right there. Would absolutely recommend.

I highly enjoyed our stay, this beautiful house provided enough room, comfort and also activity on the rare occasions when we weren’t out hiking. All of the rooms are nicely decorated and I just loved the different room decoration themes. I have never enjoyed an Air B&B as much as I have enjoyed this one. I thank you, we hope to stay again in the future.

We loved our week-long stay! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to relax and unwind. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware, enabling us to have some home cooked meals. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

We were in town for a wedding and had a group of friends and family staying at this venue. It was so spacious and wonderful for a big group. Only caveat is that the loft is right over the kitchen so depending on who is sleeping up there, you may have to keep it quieter at night. The property was beauiful. We were there over the fourth of July and caught many different firework shows!

This place was exactly what we needed, wanted, and thought we signed up for and MORE! It was beautiful inside and out! Lovely views, all the amenities you need/want. Fully stocked kitchen (We cooked for 13 people for a full week), lots of space for a group to not feel on top of one another, lots of seating for lounging and dinning (inside and out), bedrooms were great: spacious, great bathrooms and beds are large and very comfortable. We used every aspect this house offered and it was perfect! The street is at the top of the hill which offers great views but I wouldn't send younger kids down it on bikes and it's too far to walk to town or the water. Town/main street (Sherman) was an easy 10 min drive for dinning, shopping, the beach, park, etc. We would stay here again and absolutely recommend this home. Thank you for sharing your home with us for our family reunion/vacation. You helped us make wonderful memories in CDA.

We loved the house! We had our space upstairs and our adult children took over the downstairs. We really enjoyed the view, neighborhood and the fireplaces!

We had a great time at the property. Very windy road up to the house but close to town and a beautiful view. The only downside was the traffic noise from I-90.

Loved the weekend to spend with family and friends. The kitchen is well stocked, so nice not purchase spices for a one-time use.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

We had quite a group in town from DFW to celebrate my Dad’s 70th bday. There was more than enough room and space for us to spread out. We loved using the hot tub each afternoon. Easy to get into town! Loved our stay!

We are so grateful to have rented SkyView Perch for our family Thanksgiving getaway. We stayed here very comfortably with 10 adults and we were able to cook a full holiday meal in the kitchen. We played games and built puzzles on the high top square table that seats 8. The views are incredible with colorful sunrises over Lake Coeur d’Alene and the house is beautiful, just as advertised. The instructions were easy and the communication was great. We went to downtown Coeur d’Alene and also the opposite direction to Wolf Lodge in just a few minutes. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the family for opening their home.

Can’t thank you enough! The house was amazing, the views were spectacular and there was plenty of fun packed all in the house. From the pool table to the hot tub to the huge private patio overlooking the Idaho Mountains and Lake Coeur d’Alene. The large open floor plan keeps everyone together. Thanks again can’t wait to stay again!!

Stayed at this property for 5 days on a guys golf trip. Accommodations were very nice the the location was convenient. Will definitely consider this property again in the future.

We had such a good time in this beautiful home. It overlooked the lake and the scenery was tranquil. Close to downtown coeur d’alene and all the activities.

This house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults and 5 kids). It is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained and well-furnished. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck and had pleasant evenings in the hot tub. It is a quick and easy drive into CDA.
The hot tub needed maintenance when we arrived. The management company was excellent and responded to our maintenance request the next day.
I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at the house in early December and it was a dream! Waking up to frosted over pine trees and deer eating right behind the house every morning was such a dream. We had a group of 6 adults (3 couples) and 7 kids. The house accommodated us perfectly, we could have even added another couple. Each couple had their own rooms and bathroom which is awesome and then the kids loved sleeping up in the loft. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Was a very short trip to downtown but we mostly stayed home and enjoyed time by the fire. We used Fred Meyer grocery delivery service so we literally never had to leave. We stayed a week which did not seem long enough, we are for sure planning on staying at this property again in the future.

The house was very nice and clean. The upstairs deck latch gave us some issues but we survived it:) Also the first time we used the master shower there was a moldy smell but we found the lysol and sprayed it after each use to keep the shower clean. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Our 4 families of 11 people total just left CDA today and had a wonderful time at Skyview Perch. At first, I wasn’t crazy about the curvy drive up the mountain but got use to it pretty quickly. So nice to have that view of Lake CDA. I thought you could see both lakes from the house but only CDA can be seen, not Lake Fernan. We enjoyed seeing the deer and turkeys on the roadside on our drive up the hill. We all agreed that the only drawback to the property is the sound of the interstate at the base of the mountain which is directly behind the house. Personally I got used to it fairly quickly as it was a trade off to be so close to everything with a great view.

The house was perfect and our family enjoyed staying there immensely. The only negative was the truck noise from the interstate (maybe you will have that fixed before we stay there again, ha). We had three families for a mini reunion and everyone had plenty of space. Very positive feed-back from all. The house was lovely.
