The Best Staycation of our Lives

We rented this iconic home for a family reunion and birthday. Our children grew up in CDA, playing on the beach and in the parks.

This year we rented this home for the 8 of us. It is steps away from the CDA city beach and the CDA city park. It is easy to see why so many people love to visit our town when we see it from this vantage.

There is more than enough room for privacy as well as togetherness in this home. The patios (there are 2!) offer a welcome view of the people passing by, and also a totally private place to enjoy some solitude and listen to the water flowing through the water feature. The back green space holds a nice hot tub that is also entirely private.

We had a wonderful local chef from “Melons Catering” do a family dinner for us that was spectacular. She was able to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, and we were able to enjoy a gourmet meal together without leaving home.

We have traveled extensively, but this stay allowed us to see a wonderful side of our little town.
