Could not ask for a better location in CDA. Outstanding lake views with easy access to downtown. Property is large and well-equipped, with nice outdoor spaces. Only drawback was that the king-size beds needed new mattresses.

We had a great stay at the Hilltop Lodge in Hayden/Coeur d’Alene! The home was perfectly equipped for our family of 5. Plenty of space, beautifully furnished and a great view from the huge back deck. Lots of unique personal touches in the decor that we appreciated too. We used the lodge as a base camp for day trips to Silverwood theme park (~25 mins away), and it was ideal. There are a ton of retail and dining options in the Hayden area that were super convenient. We will definitely be booking again for our next amusement park adventure!

This property was beautiful, comfortable, and in an amazing location close to the lake and to town. Will definitely look forward to staying here again soon!

Always a great time in Cave Bay! This house has plenty of space and all the conveniences one would need. Second time coming to this house and was still clean and the view is awesome!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. We spent a good deal of time sitting in your beautiful backyard listening to the babbling brook! We also loved the fact that it was easy to walk to town and to the lake through charming neighborhoods. Suggestions: trash can needed in the downstairs bathroom, note somehow that kitchen light is behind refrigerator(silly us we couldn’t find it!), note to seniors that stairs going to 2nd bedroom are challenging(our friends could not have used that bedroom…steps narrow and ceiling height in stairwell is low.)

Had a group of 13 here for Labor Day weekend and loved every minute of it. Amazing location, super private and surrounded by stunning views. We loved the house and felt it was well-equipped for our stay.

This home was perfect for my family of four and in laws. The kids were able to have the downstairs with the fun pool table to themselves. It’s in a great location and close to downtown and the lake. It’s also a great house to bring your dog with you – not easy to find!

Beautiful property on the river. The view is to die for. Very clean and completely outfitted, and nice and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to get off the grid for a few days. Our kids loved everything! So relaxing would love to come back and check out the stone pizza oven. Thank you for sharing your place!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach cottage. The cottage is beautifully renovated in every room. The location was great, easy walking distance to downtown and the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect spot for our large group. The patio was spectacular. It was clean and had the basics any rental should have! Host was very accommodating when our van broke down right at check out.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! It was great being able to walk most places and it was just a short drive to some public beaches where we were able to hang out in the water. The hot tub was beautiful and very relaxing. Thanks for the great time!! 💚

What a beautiful space to relax and enjoy family and nature. The open layout was very functional for 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The bedrooms were set up very well with nice beds and linens, as well as very functional closets. The deck was perfect for having coffee in the morning and watching the sun come up over the lake and through the trees. It was picturesque. The gaggle of wild turkeys that passed through the yard every morning were extremely entertaining.

The condo is very spacious and had every amenity we needed for our week stay. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Beautiful views of Riverstone from the balcony. Walk to the river or to the restaurants, movie theater, cold stone creamery, wine bar, shopping and nearby Lake Coeur d’Alene. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had THE BEST time this week at the Garden Avenue Getaway. After a five hour drive, we very much appreciated walking into a nice, clean house. The last couple of places we’ve stayed were not very clean and great care was taken with this one. The management company was quick to respond with any questions. The house had anything any renter could need from a variety of dishes, pots and pans, extra cozy blankets and bath towels, clean crisp sheets… You never really know what’s available so we usually bring everything including our own kitchen knife, laundry detergent, toiletries, beach towels, beach chairs & we didn’t need any of it – this house had it all. They even had aluminum foil, some ziplocks, and Tupperware for keeping leftovers in the fridge. The location was perfect – easy walk to downtown and several nearby beautiful parks. It was far enough away from downtown that it was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Our kids each had their own room and were in heaven bc they currently still share at home. There was a also fenced in area for our dog. Quick drive to Silverwood one day, rented a pontoon on Lake Coeur d’Alene another, did some day hikes, ran along the bike path, and we chilled on a couple of the fantastic beaches – paddle boarding and bike rentals are all close by. We didn’t get a chance to make use of the grill since we were on the go most of the time, but all of the outdoor furniture looked new. Would highly recommend staying at this house if you are thinking of taking a trip to CDA. We are already talking about our next adventure there and will definitely stay there again. Great location and activities for any occasion. Walk anywhere downtown and endless games to play at the house!!

We had a fabulous stay at this rental. The home was extremely clean and the close proximity to town is amazing!
