Great place to stay! The house is beautiful, and comes equipped with everything you would need for a weeks+ long stay. Very close to all of the restaurants and activities. It’s a very quite and nice neighborhood as well. 10/10 would recommend.

This rental was amazing! We had rented the location for a long weekend to celebrate a friends bachelorette party and the location of this rental was absolutely amazing!! We were able to walk everywhere from restaurants, to breweries, and finished our weekend at the local dancing club right down the street. Tons of parking made it possible for people to arrive at separate times and the layout of the place was perfect for what we were looking for. Tons of mirrors made 8 of us showering, getting dressed, and doing our makeup on 3 separate days as easy as it can get! We were able to easily log into the TV streaming services to watch movies during the mornings and were able to hang by the fire after our evenings out. I could not speak more highly of this location.

The open spaces of the living room and downstairs game room were wonderful for the 20 of us. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen spacious, and the bathrooms terrific.

Very good apartment. Clean, organized and in a great location.
The door code at Lobby 3 entrance is not working well and this can be inconvenient for who is arriving.
Unfortunately the hairdryer wasn’t available, although it was mentioned in the ad.

Fantastic stay! The cabin felt brand new, and only 10 minutes from downtown CDA. Master suite was phenomenal, great views of Lake CDA.

It is a well located, comfortable and spacious apartment.

This house was perfect for what we needed! Was very well decorated and had everything we could need in a rental. The location was great for taking walks to the beach and to go get ice cream from Rogers which was a couple of blocks away. The backyard was great as well! Highly recommend! Thank you again.

Beautiful home in CDA that really works for families! The 8 of us had plenty of room, private bedrooms, and enjoyed the short walk to the lake. The indoor fireplace and outdoor entertaining area was used nightly. If we travel back to CDA, we would book this home again – very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a vacation together 😁.

This condo is just wonderful! The location is awesome and the views from the outdoor deck are beautiful. The complex is very quiet and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Comfortable remodeled bungalow in a great location. Walk to lake and downtown. Very clean and well appointed. Superior linens and kitchen lacked nothing. Beautiful backyard with ample seating.

My wife and I were very pleased with this condo. We will definitely stay here again. The place was well appointed and a great home away from home. It was nice to be on the highest floor of the place. The pictures are a great representation of the spot.

Beautiful location and a great home with everything you need for the whole family. They were very communicative through the whole stay and made the stay that much easier and stress-free. My family and I loved it and will definitely be back!

4 Generations of family stayed in this home for a nearby wedding. It is a great location for large gatherings of this kind. Please be aware of the firm limitation that only 20 people can be on the property at a time (even though it can easily accomodate more). We had hoped to invite friends over for an after-wedding dinner but were told that we couldn’t do so due to the 20 person limit (even though they weren’t going to stay with us). The home has a kitchen with everything needed to feed a large gathering, great outdoor places to sit, comfortable beds, games (like pool, table hockey, etc) and more. We would definitely rent it again for a large gathering in Coeur d’Alene. For a perfect stay, we would recommend that the owners add the following: * Wardrobes in all bedrooms (many bedrooms had no closet and no place to hang clothes) with more hangers. * Kleenex boxes * Bath mats for all bathrooms * An electric kettle or tea kettle to heat water for tea * Citrus juicer * Garlic press * Large serving platter. We stayed in many high-end vacation rentals worldwide. Other than the above, everything we could have wished for was available in this home.

We enjoyed time with our dance team friends/family for a dance competition located at North Idaho College, we enjoyed being just walking distance from the venue!

This is a beautiful place and near downtown. You have to know how to get in to the correct place, as there are no building numbers, like building A, just the address. However, there is a great coffee cookie place next to the condo, many stores to walk to, easy walk to the boardwalk to Spokane River and a short drive to Idaho College and to Lake CDA. A beautiful vacation spot.

This is an amazing property everything was fantastic

Awesome vacation rental! This place really has it all, and is extremely walkable to everything. Just minutes from downtown, the lake, Tubbs Hill, and so on. Great amenities and comfort as well as a nice big fenced in yard that our dog LOVED and a grill we were able to use every night. Beautiful neighborhood as well. We would 100% stay here again and look forward to a future trip.

Great location with everything downtown within walking distance. Everyone who came had plenty of room and despite being in a popular area it was very quiet. Nicely furnished though we were disappointed that there was no Kleenex or coffee. Also if you enjoy reading and playing games (besides shuffleboard which was amazing) bring your own.

This is a fantastic Airbnb – a gorgeous, clean, new condo with lots of amenities and a gorgeous view. Communication with the host was great and everything was perfect!
