Excellent house located walking distance to all of downtown CDA. Group of 8 adults was very comfortable and did not feel crowded at all. Large couch for relaxing, table seats 8 comfortably inside. All in all, great house! Backyard is a bit smaller than it appears in pictures but not a big deal!

Pros:
Great location. Close to downtown as well as the park and beaches. Clean house with nice amenities.
Con:
Just one, really. The bedroom with bunk beds is separate from the house and doesnt have any fan or air conditioning. It got so hot at night and was unusable when we visited in August.

Perfect location- 5 minute walk from downtown beach, restaurants, and any non walkable distance was a cheap uber drive away. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful place to stay when in CDA! The house was super clean. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.

This place was a great stay with a group of 6. While the indoor space is small, it is very clean, and has what you need. However, the outdoor space is worth the space alone. Large decks in the front and on the side, outdoor grills, several outdoor tables, tons of seating, shade, a large lawn, and large dock (also with seating). It was easy to book, find, check in, and check out. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The home was super beautiful. The view were spectacular. The air conditioning definitely worked! One thing that bothered us was that there were bee nests everywhere in the back yard and the light switches should be labeled. Overall a perfect weekend.

Great location, close to everything! The house was roomy and nice.
The only thing we wished for was less restricted supplies of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent shampoo/body wash, and paper towels, which were all rationed. This was very inconvenient as we kept finding ourselves running low on something, and had to rush to the store again. For the price at which this house rents, this level of rationing seems to be unnecessary.

Incredible! Beautiful home in the perfect spot. It was clean and inviting and so many fun activities in the garage for the kids. Highly recommended

This house is beyond incredible! If you’re looking for a great view, lots of space and some fun features like the pool table and fire pit. It was super quiet and very private. We had family from the Midwest in and this was just a lovely home to spend time with 4 families! We would recommend this rental anytime!! Don’t pass it up- the cost is worth it!!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my friends and I. 10 adults & 2 babies and there was plenty of space. House was clean with adorable decorating and the most beautiful view. We spent most our time hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view and looking at wildlife. And just a quick drive to all CDA has to offer! We loved our stay! Thank you!

Amazing water front location. Perfect for a family of water lovers. A lot of great outdoor space, worked perfectly for social distance family visiting.

Great house, great location. The house was perfect for me and my husband and three young adult children and our Aussie. My sons loved the pool table.

Boat launch was really good, communications with the renters was quick and responsive, the beds were very comfortable, the thick blinds helped for sleeping in when we wanted too. There was plenty of parking for our truck with 23’ boat and a couple cars, we were able to cook every thing we brought with the utensils provided, the kids loved the dance off game on the Wii and all the dvd selection was nice at night. Also we used the outdoor propane fire each evening and loved it ( we did have to fill one of the tanks but super worth it) it’s a ways off the beaten path but so worth it- we loved having our own boat slip.

We stayed here with some friends and loved it. We have multiple kiddos and the amount of toys, games, baby gear, and bedroom space was amazing for our families. We totally weren’t expecting there to be as many amenities as there actually was, so it was an awesome surprise! Bikes galore, paddle board, kayak, shuffleboard, ping pong table, etc. Literally everything you need. The location is the best, too. We walked everywhere and being so close to parks, downtown, and the water was so nice. Absolutely recommend staying here if you’re headed to CDA!

Great location, minutes away from the lake and a short walk to various venues. Outdoor space was great for relaxing and home was very clean.
