Beautiful place. A few maintenance issues such as loose door under sink. Missing shade in master. Short on blankets. Regular drinking glasses in short supply. King bed pedestal with queen mattress made for some sore shins. We loved the place and would do it again.

This place is great! It was quiet and the view was exactly as pictured. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful time on Harbor Island. We were able to play games and enjoy the river view (sun, rain and snow) from the living room.

This home is VERY accommodating to a large group. I have rented several VRBO or similar homes and this one ranks at the top for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

This was our first time renting from VRA and their customer service was superb! Throughout multiple app, phone and email conversations, all of my questions were answered promptly and politely. The house was very nice- great location, fantastic beds and plenty of room!

This home was amazing. Enough space for 16 people to sleep and eat comfortably, could have even had more. Enjoyed having a large kitchen, large table for playing games and cards, 4 tv’s for children to which their movies while then men watched their football games, and of course the pool table was a great hit. Great location – a few minutes from down town yet far enough out of town to enjoy the quietness. Definitely will be going back.

The house was very nice and clean. The upstairs deck latch gave us some issues but we survived it:) Also the first time we used the master shower there was a moldy smell but we found the lysol and sprayed it after each use to keep the shower clean. Other than that it was an amazing experience. Thank you.

Great place and great location! We sat on the deck enjoying views of the water, boats, and sunset every evening.

How fortunate we all were to have found this VRBO. Management communication was top notch, so was this home. I will save this in my vrbo files for future escapes to CDA. Truth.

Nice house convenient location

House was great. Very clean, great location, easy check in and check out!

We finally got the code to get into the house after I sent an email (never got a response) called and left a voicemail (never got a response) and called back again and finally spoke to someone the day of checking in. It was a little nerve wracking not knowing the code and thinking we didn’t have a house.

So much better than you will expect. Lovely home, beautifully appointed. Bring family, friends or come alone. You will not regret this choice!

Beautiful place to stay 🙂

This 3BR, 2BA condo is clean, modern and well-furnished, and has a nice-sized deck overlooking the Spokane river. The location is quiet and secluded but within easy walk/drive of restaurants and shops, or a stroll along the waterfront and marina. The kitchen was well-appointed overall, although we never found a good old-fashioned can opener (?) and the dishwasher occasionally struggled to get dishes clean. But our 2-week stay was very comfortable, despite (or maybe because of) the gradually increasing shelter-in-place mentality during that period.

This rental was absolutely fantastic. We would definitely stay again. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes, pots, pans, etc. We really enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, pool table and all of the amazing views.
