We stayed here for a family trip to celebrate a 70th birthday. The home is beautiful and its location on the lake is perfect. We would definitely return!

This was the best vacation rental experience I’ve had. We decided we wanted really nice, clean, luxurious accommodations for our family trip and this house was magnificent. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to the lakefront and beach. I appreciated the lack of clutter and very clean bathrooms and kitchen. The bedrooms were generously sized and just beautifully furnished and decorated. The host is fantastic, too, providing great communication and local recommendations. We will be back again next year!

Perfect stay for our family of 4, place is clean and quiet over looking beautiful Spokane river ,has everything to accommodate 8 night stay. kitchen was equipped with essential cook ware to make a simple meals, laundry machine works great, location only 2 minute away of I 90. a good home based to explore beautiful North Idaho. there are a few good restaurant within walking distant. Cross the river there are a playground and a place to swim , near famous Centennial Trail. Vacation Rental management very communicative and easy to reach.

This property was very spacious, clean and great for large families. An absolutely gorgeous location with beautiful view and the contact person is extremely responsive and on top of things.

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had most everything one would need in the kitchen to cook a meal if desired. Bathrooms were clean and the bed was actually comfortable as was the bedding. They could provide Kleenex tissue, that would be a nicety. Ya, it sounds petty but everyone needs a tissue at some point! There was a small selection of dvd’s and board games if one desired some home style entertainment. I would recommend this condo, it was an enjoyable stay and close to everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in CDA. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and still walkable to parks and into town. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The backyard is relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen is well-appointed. We will stay again!

This home is in a beautiful location, easy few minutes to town, wonderful area with nature all around. Three levels with a modern cabin feel, and all of the little ammenities and comforts of home that make you feel rested and wonderful. Wrap around porch, wine bar loft, gaming area, two kitchens, three bedrooms, nice furniture and a few little extra surprises! Check out the map of location, streets below do not allow yu to walk to the lake – but the views make up for it! A great deal for the price and overall package.

Property was wonderful for our stay as we participated in Ironman 70.3. Quaint, yet roomy enough for everyone. Close to the lake and downtown. The backyard was useable and picturesque and the mini hot tub was just the ticket post race.

Great house! Stayed as a family of 6 with our adult children and their significant others. Everyone felt they had their own space but also lots of room to come together as a family to eat and play games. The views are beautiful and there were lots of things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this beautiful home! We stayed here with our family for our yearly family vacation and it met all of our needs from an infant to adults. The views were so beautiful. The home was clean and had everything we possibly needed. It had enough space for all of us to stay and really enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend this place to anyone and would look forward to returning.

Great waterfall out back. Quiet neighborhood

Absolutely wonderful stay in a gorgeous part of the country. Had never been to Coeur D’Alene before, but it did not disappoint, and this house is in a perfect location to enjoy the downtown area. It is walking distance to everything and was especially perfect for the Ironman race that we were there to participate in. Timely and proactive communication from the host, easy entry, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, kayaks, nice grill to cook on in addition to ample kitchen area. Would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking to travel to CdA.

Get set up to enjoy for all 10 of us

We had a large group(14) with toddlers and babies. The location was perfect. The access to the beach and playground was the best part for us. I feel like the pictures don’t do this house justice. Also they have lots of baby items which was so helpful(crib, high chair, booster seat, pack n play). We will definitely be back.
