Lovely property

Amazing location and view. For families with small children, you can walk across the bridge to the beach across from your place. The beach and park are perfect for young children i.e. shallow water, swings, easy to monitor space. For older kids the fishing is excellent (I won’t tell you where but believe me it’s top notch). The location is perfect for walking (I also biked for miles and miles) to downtown. Restaurants=unexpectedly great and easily accessible. Great location and great rental. Can’t wait to come back.

It was wonderful

Wonderful condo in walking distance to breweries, restaurants, and the river. The balcony is a spectacular place to have your morning coffee and watch the geese fly by. We have stayed twice in this condo. It is well equipped for cooking.

This property is exceptional in evety way! The location is fantastic as you can easily go into town to get supplies and it is only a few housescaway from the only restsurant/marina on Hayden Lake. If you want to go to downtown Coeur d’alene, it’s merely a 15 minute drive.

Makes us feel as if we are at home. Always a peaceful stay. It keeps us coming back year after year.

Overall this was a terrific condo and great views from our private deck. Very clean and comfortable and beds were in great shape and very comfortable. Only thing that may need attention is that the hot water tank in the master bath closet is quite noisy when refilling and heating up but noise was fairly short lived. Could also use Kleenex in the condo. Otherwise it was fantastic and well maintained. Cheers!

Overall a great place to stay. Convenient to Sherman st and restaurants. Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

WE had a vacation group of four couples, and we have been traveling together for the past 9 years, this was one of our favorite homes. We would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, well furnished, and equipped home. Lovely home. Easily accommodates large families. The fenced yard is nice. Nice location. Well equipped. The temperature on the main level is much warmer than the basement. The basement bedrooms are very cold.

The TV’s were combersome to opperate. Providing clearification on parking would be helpful.We did know if undergrouind parking was availabale (?)Location and amenities were wonderful. We would highly recomend this property and will probably stay there again. Thank you,Todd Myers435-705-4264

Location, location, location, a block to the beach! Everything was provided. Beach chairs and floats. An amazing kitchen stocked with everything for our cooks to make great meals. The entire family was impressed!! A total 10! We LOVED it!!!!!
