We were extremely happy with our stay! Location was safely nested next to an elementary school and only 0.2 miles from a fabulous coffee shop. We ran daily from our house on the Centennial Trail. The home was clean, new, and bright. We felt very fortunate to be able to secure this location. The staff was super attentive to our questions. The air conditioning was appreciated during our hot Idaho summer week!

Robert was truly a great host. He responded quickly and kindly to anything we needed. Safe, convenient location. Very clean. I can’t wait to stay there again! Thank you Robert!

This condo is a hidden gem in the middle of a beautiful golf course community. The interior is immaculate, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The outside deck looks onto the golf course and has a BBQ, as well as comfortable furniture. The pub and grill is just a five minute walk. It has a full bar and the food is excellent. We also had access to the pool, hot tub, and fully equipped gym, which are located in an activity center just beyond the pub & grill. There is no charge for the use of these facilities. If you are looking for peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, healthy activities, a great neighborhood, views of the North Idaho mountains, and friendly people, this is the place for you!

As advertised. Great location and just a few minutes walk to beach and hiking trail. Quiet neighborhood and easy drive into shopping or boat rentals. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet neighborhood while still being within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, shops, and the park.
The house has everything you need to truly relax and enjoy your vacation without worrying about a thing. It is clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the private backyard is a wonderful place to unwind.

The place was absolutely amazing, amazing view out side of the windows, within walking distance of all the shops. I’d say the only issue we really had was the hot water was gone in around 5 minutes but that’s really the only thing that bugged us. Overall amazing place to stay if you want to bring your family or friends to a lake.

The location is excellent. The view from the upstairs bedroom, the front living room and the side patio is beautiful. The access to the beach is great. The walk to downtown was easy also. The kitchen is nice and updated. With 6 of our guests staying downstairs in the 3 bedrooms, it’s a little challenging with only one bathroom downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this property.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our favorite spot of the entire house is the front porch. The location was ideal as we walked to the lake daily. Every single day the neighbors spotted us out on the porch. We hope to be back again!!

This house is perfect for large or small groups and also kid friendly with the game room space. Well stocked. Easy check-in and check-out communications. Alley garage access and parking is a bonus. Great neighborhood and leisurely walking distance to the beach, park, downtown and resort. We will be back.

This is a very family friendly and well thought out home. It was a great home base for our two families for our trip to CDA and Silverwood. The home has one of the best layouts for traveling with teens and tweens we have seen, plus the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A very quiet neighborhood with a view of the lake from the large deck made it a relaxing oasis.

The house was clean; everything was as advertised. The dock area was great for our group. The ping pong table and corn hole boards kept our teenagers busy. The kayak was a nice addition as well. The floating pad was ripped down the center and was unusable for our group. The ceaner was still on the property when we checked in at 4:02.I’d recommend the owners repair or replace the bedframe in the bedroom behind the kitchen, it was very unstable for our guests. I expect it will collapse soon under a heavy load.

We had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone, well equipped and the boat dock was amazing!

The location was great and the house was set up perfectly for the kids to have the bottom of the house to play and have the bunk beds! House was clean for the most part. The downstairs bathroom had some hairs in the shower and by the toilet along with pink mold/soap scum in the shower. Downstairs bathroom also didn’t have hand soap. The shower drains also were really slow to drain. Only two towels for the kitchen were provided so we did have to do a few more laundry loads. The sliding door was really hard to open and close which got a little frustrating. They have beach towels to use which was very handy! They were quick to answer my messages, and check in and out were both very easy! The house worked great for our party of 8 adults and two young kids, and two babies!

My sister’s and I brought our 3 families out for a vacation together. We were thrilled once we got to the property… it had plenty of space for ALL of us. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was stocked, there were VHS tapes to watch, the remodeled spaces were very nice, the creek was great to explore, we were able to do laundry, and best of all… we had the perfect spaces to gather and have fun together. It meant so much to have all the cousins and Aunts and Uncles together. This was definitely the start of an annual family trip!We loved this property and appreciated all the amenities. We were so comfortable here… it actually started a conversation about the “what ifs” of what it would be like if we all just stayed and lived here!

The property was everything listed with VRBO. Modern, spacious, and clean. It worked great for our family. Enough privacy with the two levels of bedrooms and having separate living areas with TVs. The refrigerator was a little weird and we never figured out how to get ice out of it. The view of the lake is great. Only downside is I-90 is right below it. I was hoping being up high the road noise would not be noticeable but it was. Using the side deck was a little better.

Clean and comfortable for a family group! Easy access for biking, swimming, and visiting even more family. Access to the garage was great for storing bikes and stuff. Air conditioning kept up with the heat and the fridge kept up with the ice cube demands. Would stay there again.
