Very fun and comfortable house in a beautiful location a short drive from town and hiking.

We are frequently visiting North Idaho and have stayed at a number of different places. This spot is as advertised. We enjoy the location, the village, and the Spokane river. The condo is spacious, clean and welcoming. We were impressed with the views and ambience. We will be definitely using the spot again going forward, and appreciate the experience and memories created.

The house and grounds were spectacular. They accepted dogs and they had a wonderful yard with grass and trees to play in. Vacation rental authority replied my request for early check in immediately and was same for few other questions that I had. I would highly recommend this rental and other rentals from this same property management team when in the area. I know I will.

If I could give the house and the view 10 stars I would. Perfect place for family vacay. We all were able to gather and play games and enjoy time together. Perfect stay

We absolutely loved this house. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We felt right at home and never had one issue throughout our stay, but we knew we could reach out if we had problems. I cannot wait to come back and stay again! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

This place was amazing! Felt very private even being close to other homes in the neighborhood. The hot tub was great to use and the back alley entrance was super nice to have!

Our stay here was incredible! Very comfortable, clean, and such a wonderful location. We enjoyed the fireworks from the front porch! So spectacular, definitely would stay here again and recommend to anyone planning a trip to CDA.

We stayed during the thanksgiving weekend! This place was way beyond expectations! It’s a great location for downtown events and shopping. It was perfect for our needs. And for me above all it was clean!! No stink or mold smell! I didn’t feel like I had to wash things before I used them! I highly recommend!!!

Great place for family gatherings.

The house was very warm and inviting. And the kitchen was very nicely equipped.

The house and amenities exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, well appointed home which was walking distance to downtown. We were there for our son’s wedding and the house was perfect for all of us to gather. Some used the gym and others the hot tub. We appreciated the large Weber grill and the dining table that seated 10. We didn’t ski and would’ve preferred to rate that as N/A. Company responded quickly to messages. I would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property with great views. The unit is above the shops and restaurants, we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The place was clean with attention to details. The unit has everything we need, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and equipment needed to cook a meal. We enjoyed our stay there, will stay again.

The host was extremely helpful and communicative with us. The home was super clean and everything that had been written up about it in the description was right on.

Everything was easy and seamless. Do wish they could add a rocker chair in main room though. The one upstairs master bedroom was great but one in main living room overlooking wonderful view would be awsome. Everything was very nicly organized thanks for the great stay.

This house was perfect for our family! We visited around Thanksgiving and the house was even decorated for the holidays. We are already planning our next trip to this house and Coeur d’Alene.

Great condo! Had everything I needed and it was super clean, loved the location too.

My family of 17 comfortably spent 5 days in this house. The house is lovely and the grounds are beautiful and very private. I we saw 1 to 3 moose every day we were there which was magical. All the adults in the house used the master shower/steamer at some point in their stay. One of my sons described it as life changing. We would love to stay again.

We were all very happy with this choice! The house was very clean and we have some picky people, Everything went super smooth from check-in to check out. And the location is really fantastic!

We loved staying here with 3 generations. There was so much room and spaces for the kids to play (though the adults played some competitive ping ping as well).
Appliances were high end, and we had everything we needed to cook every meal. The storage in the house is massive!
We loved both fireplaces and used them both frequently – especially when the snow started falling.
The living room fireplace was having issues and we reached out. After trying to troubleshoot with us, they sent someone out immediately. They said some parts needed replaced but got it to where we could manually turn it off and on through our stay. We were so grateful and impressed with how promptly they responded.
We loved that we were able to bring our doodle, Murphy. He had a great hike on Tubb Hill in CDA and a couple of good walks near the house.
We would love to stay here again!

We are enjoyed are time at Wildcat Lodge – the home is large, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is great for those who like to cook and open to the great room with many windows looking to the lake. Beds were comfortable. The pool table converted to a ping pong table which was fun for our group. missing was a garage door remote or the key pad number to access the garage door. Also, we use Verizon – the home is remote and there is no cell service. You must use WiFi calling.
