We enjoyed our time here. Everything was clean and fairly comfortable. We appreciated, and used, the beach towels and picnic blanket. There are also beach chairs and a cooler but we didn’t need them. The outdoor seating is comfy. The little yard was a good spot for our dog to potty but we were not comfortable leaving her unattended there (short fence with gaps and very hot during day). Beds are extra firm. That was fine for us but noticeable. Linens are quality and cozy. Decor is attractive. Stairs are steep but that enabled maximizing spaces. Upstairs rooms don’t get A/C (hot!). The main bedroom with king bed is super tight. It’s hard to reach the adjacent bathroom quickly from where suitcases are located (only one viable option in the room). There is no counter space in the bathrooms so going to and from suitcase was needed at times and getting past the bed makes it even slower. Totally navigate-able but worth a mention for consideration by owner (added ways/shelves, to add storage in bathroom?). I recommend a hook or two on back of door and travelers consider bringing hanging toiletry bags. Front yard needs a little love but house itself seems to be in great shape. We loved having washer and dryer but found the space where that is kept needing a little more discreetness/separation from maintenance supplies. The location is fabulous—quick walk to downtown. Darling neighborhood. We got a discount on a pontoon boat using link in Vrbo confirmation email.

Excellent location if you want to be near downtown. Sleeps two couples comfortably. Nice kitchen, cozy backyard and convenient off-street parking for two vehicles.

Great place to enjoy beautiful Coeur d’Alene! Communicative hosts and the place was in great condition! Would stay here again. Definitely recommend!

We loved the location to the park & beach. The house was very well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom & bath. There were a few things that could use some work, a few of the stools were very wobbly, some of the kitchen chairs were coming apart underneath, the door knob in the bunk room was not fully connected, but overall was a great house, we loved it.

The house is minutes walk to the main downtown area. The management team was in touch with us the whole stay to make sure we had everything we needed. House is very well stocked, especially things for kids. Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, very clean. We can’t wait to come back to CDA and stay here!

This property is in an EXCELLENT location. You are a quick walk to the lake, hiking trails, coffee/food/bars – really anything you’d need! We were there with a group of 6 adults for a bachelorette party, but this property is also a great candidate for families. I have a small child and couldn’t help but notice the features that would’ve accommodated my family (e.g., stools, baby gates, children’s utensils). The photos of the property are beautiful, but truly do not do the space justice. It is well kept, clean, and open. We kept commenting on the quality of the furniture and bedding too. The property owner was so quick to message and provide detailed, tailored recommendations.

Overall an excellent place, the dwelling was very comfortable!!! There are TV’s in every room. The Deck was nice.

Great place to getaway, but still close to everything.

Cute little place, close enough to downtown that we could walk or ride our bikes. Plenty of room for three people, had all the necessities including washer and dryer which was nice after dirty bike rides. Good food options within a block or two if you are not wanting to go downtown. Would stay again!

Great home with space for all of the family. So great to have a second kitchen area and second washer/dryer downstairs if we needed it. Beautiful views and not too far from Lake CDA.

This home has incredible views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and Cave Bay. The community marina and dock are the perfect way to cool off from the summer heat. The home’s sleeping arrangements are on the east end of the home to offer maximum protection from that early morning Inland Northwest sun. The huge covered balcony was a family favorite for meals or enjoying the evening talking about our time on the lake. We hope to return again.

Our friends group chose this house for our annual family trip and it was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in over the past 10 years. PROS The lake was tons of fun and the kids had a blast in the water. It’s nice to have a private dock. There’s a boat and a canoe that we were able to use. The kitchen is large with nice, new appliances and well stocked with everything we needed. The house was pretty clean and free of clutter. There are two outdoor decks with beautiful views of the lake and wildlife. The house was comfortable for up to 20 people. Lots of room and options for families to spread out. TIPS This is not a 7 bedroom house. The 4 bed bunk (“megabunk”) is in a common space. From the photos it looked like it was in a loft, but it’s not. It has no privacy and you have to walk through it to get to the stairs that lead to the lake. There are a LOT of stairs. If anyone in your group has mobility challenges, they may not be able to enjoy the lake. There’s a lot of vegetation in the water at this end of the lake. Not a problem, just be aware. There’s no beach. The lake goes right up to the shoreline. Bring ropes for your floaties. The current likes to push everything south. The house is only 10 minutes away from grocery stores. There are four window A/C units. One in each of the two rooms upstairs, two on the main kitchen/living room level, and none downstairs. The 3 bedrooms (+ bunk space) downstairs can get warm. Bring a portable unit to cool down this level.

Very nice and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Upgraded interior was a huge plus and we enjoyed the historical cabin room and unique front door. A little smaller than I expected….didn’t see the square footage advertised, unless I just missed it.

House was clean, neighborhood was great, within walking distance to downtown. Upstairs was a little warm the first night but we were able to get it cooled down for the remainder of the stay. Would stay here again when we come back to Coeur d’Alene if it is available.

We had a large group and the house accommodated us very comfortably with a lot of fun things to do for the kids! We enjoyed fishing at the dock, playing ping pong and playing piano. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice, quiet retreat! Beds were very comfortable as well! Thanks for a great stay!

House was clean. The layout was perfect for the amount of people we had. The location to stores and the highway were great. We did a lot of traveling around and were thankful to have such a nice place to come home to each day.

New place, great location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Everything else is on the main level. Was able to walk to a fly shop, rent a pole and fish the snake river. Had to call the property management because I couldn’t access my email for the code to the door. They helped right away with no trouble. We had a great time in beautiful Coeur d’Alene.
