We had an amazing time. The place was perfect for kids with the 2nd floor loft having lots of games! Our family’s favorite was the shuffleboard. Huge kitchen, my wife liked that. The master shower was huge! Kids were on the 2nd floor, and master bed/bath on the first floor. Perfect for our family. Neighbors were really nice as well. Great location, we walked to the 4th of July parade from the house. Took about 3-4 mins to walk.

Great house – the location was fantastic! We barely drove the entire trip. Midtown right around the corner and a 10-15 min walk downtown. We had a great stay!

Sky view Perch, was everything it stated. So clean, Warm and inviting, and we all LOVED it. Easy check-in and out. BEAUTIFUL location. We were able to go and do all that we wanted from this location, from riding the Hiawatha trail, (this took us an hour to get to, but totally doable and worth it), to boating on the lake, taking a downtown stroll, with a trip to the ice cream parlor, and some shopping. We loved staying at the house as we played a pool table tournament, movies, and right down to a Phase 10 card tourney. We were able to be as busy as we wanted or relax in the home, enjoying the outside deck in the cool evenings, as much as we wanted. We will be back!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Nice, clean house in a fantastic location with lots of extras like foosball, ping-pong, kayak, coolers, and everything to make it easy to enjoy the vacation without worrying about details.

A wonderful week in Couer d’Alene for hockey camp and family fun. The home was a super cozy home base and fantastic location. Walk to restaurants, awesome park, the river and beach. We would happily stay again and sad to leave. Many great memories made!

The residence was fantastic with comfortable furniture/beds and modern appliances and fixtures. The team consistently communicated, were proactive with clear and concise instructions. Had a fantastic stay and would most certainly stay again.

Amazingly clean, perfectly stocked, loved the games and bicycles available in the garage, comfortable beds within walking distance of downtown and Tubbs Hill. No complaints; it was a great trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again! It was the perfect “lake house” experience for the price. We loved the views and the use of the private park and dock. We even could see fireworks on the lake right from our deck on the 4th of July! The house was very spacious and not overly decorated or cluttered. We had PLENTY of space for the 6 of us and found it to be well stocked and very clean. We loved the ice maker and water in the fridge! Great for filling our water bottles for each adventure. We did not have any issues by not having a/c. The lower level stayed cool all day and the upper level cooled nicely in the evening by opening the windows and turning on the fans! Really great place to retreat to after a days worth of lake/mountain adventures! P.s. The internet was quite slow which only bothered our teenagers but worth noting if you are in need of it.

A lovely townhome on the golf course. We have stayed at the Stoneridge Resort several times, but this is the first time in one of the homes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, too. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you have a big group. Great host, will say the primary shower has low water pressure but everything else was great

Great house and location. Glad the water was high enough to swim in. The interior is a bit dated and could use a remodel but other than that it was a great house!

This is a wonderful condo! It’s clean, well equipped, large, quiet, and in a perfect location. We stayed for four nights, and I spent two days working remotely from the condo. Plenty of parking, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and you’re just a few blocks from the river with some perfect afternoon or evening walks. Plenty of room for two couples, and you can sleep six comfortably with the pull out couch in the living room. It was well stocked with plenty of towels, and everything you need to cook a good meal. Wifi worked well. Parking is easy, right outside of the entrance. The shops and restaurants below are convenient and upscale, and the location is nice and central for CdA. Absolutely no complaints, I can highly recommend this condo. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ideal location and layout with a nice outdoor space! Easy walk to Sherman restaurants, shops and bars and great location near the beach and Boardwalk Marina. Perfect quarters for four families to enjoy CDA. The house is well-stocked and easy to enjoy with a group or large family.

The house was great and location was awesome. We had 3 family/friend groups stay at any time during our stay and accommodations were great. The basement is its own entrance and isn’t accessible from inside the house, which wasn’t mentioned. Other than that, the place met or exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and book again.

This was a beautiful condo and VERY clean! I am extremely picky when it comes to accommodations and this was well maintained and clean! The view was awesome! The bed’s were very comfortable with plenty of pillows 🙂 Plenty of bathroom towels and the kitchen was well stocked with necessities for cooking. The balcony was a lovely spot for an evening to view all the surrounding areas. Five stars *****

This is a great property – plenty of room for sleeping and the kitchen is well equipped. Our family had a great time swimming, fishing and enjoying games. Loved the canoe and row boat supplied by the host. Will definitely look to stay here again. Lots of stairs in the house and down to the lake so be aware of this if anyone has mobility issues.
