We absolutely love this neighborhood. The home is perfectly located and offers stunning views of the lake. It comes with all the amenities you’d expect to see. Our only criticism is the internet speeds vary, so keep that in mind if working remotely on video calls. Also, the beds are nice and fully equipped but the mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay at the lake!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at Blue Water Beach House. It is a lovely home in the most perfect location for exploring Coeur D’ Alene. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We hiked and swam in the lake and then came back to relax in the jacuzzi and barbecued at night. There is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. We loved our time there!

Excellent location right on the lake. Stunning views. Having access to the private dock was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook food, and the grill was clean and worked great. No complaints. We greatly enjoyed our experience and hope to return to CDA again soon.

On the lake with gorgeous sunset views from the balcony. This property is convenient to activities in CDA but feels remote and private. It is equipped with all the essentials plus some.

In for a family wedding. 4 bedrooms with adult size beds! Super space for a get-together! Big deck, kitchen well equipped. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Handy to everything! Easy to get around!

I want to say this place was bad so no one will stay in it but it’s a lie. This place is FABULOUS. It’s brand new, the layout is perfect for a small family gathering. They spared no expense. The kitchen is fun to cook in, they have a beautiful outdoor grill, and has fire pit. The washing and dryer are fantastic, it has great closet space with tons of hangers and built in shelves. The bathrooms are perfect for the size of the home. The manager of the property was attentive and quick to respond. This is a perfect Airbnb and if we are lucky enough to find it vacant when we are back in CdA it’ll be hard to pass up.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay at Skyview Perch! The location was great, close to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was perfect to host our extended family. The common areas were roomy, the kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to cook, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable! Communication with the property management company was prompt and helpful. It was a wonderful stay!

The house was great. We really enjoyed the back yard with plenty of room for activities. The neighbor hood is really nice too and quick drive to downtown CDA and Silverwood.

Great space in a beautiful setting. Loved the privacy

Let me tell you the first thing about this place: The house perfectly sleeps 18-19 fairly comfortably, especially if you have couples and kids. The bottom floor provides a great amount of activities and plenty of space for everyone to hangout. The hosts are wonderful, they make the check in process easy and the clean up process even easier. If I was going to coeur D’Alene again, I wouldn’t hesitate to want to stay at this place!

The condo had a great view.

We were in town for the Ironman and it was literally the best spot in town for the race. The views from the living room are insane, almost too good to be true. We arrived and were unpacking when a sea plane landed right in front of us, incredible! Location was 10 out of 10. Aside from location, the house was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of space for all of us, the dogs loved the back yard, the jacuzzi was amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had some amazing meals there. I even was able to charge my EV there! Extremely happy we rented this home and I hope we can do it again soon. We made core memories here…we need more.

This place was a DREAM! I booked it and had everyone complimenting me all weekend on finding us such a gem!!! This is perfect for big groups! Not a single negative thing to say! On top of the amazing property, the service was A+!

We loved it! We have a big family with a married daughter and we had plenty of room for all of us. We loved sitting on the back deck looking over the lake. We had deer and turkeys wander past, and eagles soaring overhead. The house was great, we had lots of down time between activities and everyone had fun together and also places to spread out.

First, the good news: VRA, the VRBO rental managers, are amazing. They’re responsive and helpful and go above and beyond to meet expectations. So much so that they exceeded my expectations and that’s not easy to do. Next visit, I’ll reach out to them first to see which properties they’re managing. The rental itself would have been fine for a young couple or family who have spent the last several years camping in tents and sleeping bags, and are ready for a roof over their heads but don’t require much more in the way of creature comforts. The furniture is worn, the kitchen chairs are all-metal, and I’ve seen camping backpacks that are better equipped than the kitchen. Not a good choice for an older couple like us who like a little luxury. None of those “criticisms” accrue to VRA by the way – all of that is on the owner. But if, like me, one of the reasons you choose a house instead of a hotel is because you like to make your own food, bring an apron, oven mitts, tongs, and a long-handled spoon. You won’t be sorry.

I stayed at this house for a week for the Ironman and had an amazing experience. The house was immaculately clean, has everything you could need to be comfortable in all the rooms and kitchen. I loved the grill, fire pit, and outdoor sitting area. The house immediately behind is an office so no one was there which just added to the privacy of the space. The location is amazing, less than 5 minute drive to downtown or cross the street to take the bike path into town which was exactly 2.5 miles to downtown. There is a great coffee shop and a pizza spot at the end of the street that we walked to a few times. Overall, I loved the house and the location. Also, the management company did an amazing job communicating with us and being available in any way we needed, especially Kristen, who really helped make everything super comfortable and relaxing. I felt like I hit the jackpot with booking this place for the week that I did and highly recommend it!
