My family and I were really happy with the location to down town and set up of the house and the amenities!

This house was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the location is unbeatable. There was plenty of seating in the living room, which we loved for our family reunion. It was a beautiful 15 minute walk through the park to get to downtown, we barely needed the car. Appreciated the extra linens and even large foam mattress pad. The pad came in handy, as I think it is worth mentioning that the fifth bedroom by the garage is extremely small. One of the teenagers used the pad to sleep in the master suite for a little extra breathing room. If you have older kids, they will need to put their luggage in one of the other bedrooms. We did have two housekeeping situations, but the response was exceptional, and handled immediately and easily. The company was very pleasant to work with. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a delightful home that fit our group’s needs nicely. We had ample space and we each had our own bathroom, which was important to us! We were in town for Ironman CDA, and able to walk downtown and to the lake (Ironman Village) easily. When we had some spare down-time, we were in the cozy living room or hanging out in the patio area of the backyard. Anytime we reached out to the host, they quickly responded. Would stay here again!

Home was perfect for our needs. Great yard, fire pit, BBQ set up. The teens loved the pool table. Great location for access to downtown and biking trails.

Father’s Day weekend in CDA. It slept everyone great, we needed 4 bedrooms. We cooked breakfast and grilled steaks and house provided everything we needed. Loved walking downtown. Great house to people watch from as you are right on the lake and the park. Definitely would stay here again.

Our group of 17 enjoyed getting together at Elk Country Lodge. The home was very clean, well appointed and large enough to accommodate us all.

This location is absolutely perfect for walking to downtown and neighboring areas to eat, shop and enjoy CDA! We stayed here for several weeks and absolutely loved it.

Perfect for 6 people/3 couples. So nice and clean. Well supplied kitchen. Incredible views and comfy beds. We loved coming back every evening and relaxing in the hot tub each night and waking up to that view on the deck was amazing. We would love to come back again.

Very comfortable and roomy for our family of 5. Kitchen well stocked. Convenient location for hiking and visiting nearby cities like Spokane and Missoula. Enjoyed the cooler weather.

We had quite a group in town from DFW to celebrate my Dad’s 70th bday. There was more than enough room and space for us to spread out. We loved using the hot tub each afternoon. Easy to get into town! Loved our stay!

We rented this iconic home for a family reunion and birthday. Our children grew up in CDA, playing on the beach and in the parks. This year we rented this home for the 8 of us. It is steps away from the CDA city beach and the CDA city park. It is easy to see why so many people love to visit our town when we see it from this vantage. There is more than enough room for privacy as well as togetherness in this home. The patios (there are 2!) offer a welcome view of the people passing by, and also a totally private place to enjoy some solitude and listen to the water flowing through the water feature. The back green space holds a nice hot tub that is also entirely private. We had a wonderful local chef from “Melons Catering” do a family dinner for us that was spectacular. She was able to cook in the well-appointed kitchen, and we were able to enjoy a gourmet meal together without leaving home. We have traveled extensively, but this stay allowed us to see a wonderful side of our little town.

We had family, friends, and our pet stay with us at the house. It had a great layout for our crew, and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room and kitchen area. The location was perfect and was a few blocks from Sherman Ave. If you’re a yogi, there’s a yoga studio across the street. The playground, splash park, and library were super close for our kiddos. The customer service team was superb! They responded professionally and quickly! The house has been remolded and has had a few upgrades, but like any older homes in CDA there were a few quirky things about the house. The stairs are steep leading up to the attic. The basement level room had a bathroom but the separating wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling. We enjoyed our stay tremendously, and we would totally stay here again!

Normally this place is a great deal, but during the Ironman they charged double, but awesome location to walk to festivities. Internet was painfully slow. Advertised cable TV for local channels and sports but couldn’t find it. Just streaming. Nice kitchen, well stocked. Trash pickup was 6 am so should advise to put it out the night before. Overall very nice but not sure how you could sleep 11 as advertised.

The house is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. Everyone was very pleasant to work with and responded to my questions promptly. I would suggest that you provide two towels per person since you have that fantastic hot tub. Also I would suggest extra blankets. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

We’ve stayed at a dozen or so places in CDA over the years & this one is up there on my list! I raced in Ironman CDA and was so pleased with the kindness & responsiveness of VRA.
This location is perfect if this is your first time in town, it’s about a 10-15min walk to McEuen, 15min walk to the Beach, and there’s a grocery store, restaurants, and CDA Cider all within a 5min walk.
The home is clean & was perfectly stocked with towels, and all of the things you’d expect for your stay. Plus, being dog friendly is just the cherry on top!
Highly recommend!

Great location! Will return for future visits to CDA

We are local and had a burst pipe and major flooding at our home. We had to be out of our house for a month. We used this property manager a couple times at different locations and they were great. I explained our issue and they helped us check in early. If we had any issue at the rental they were very quick to respond. They have been great to work with!

Wow! This place was perfect for our group, which was in town for a family reunion at City Park, which was a 2 minute walk from the front steps.
The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, there were enough bathrooms for everyone, and the kiddos had a great time in the “bunk house.” This was also one of the best stocked AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed in – it truly felt like home.
If I’m ever in Couer d’Alene again, I’ll be staying here!
