We enjoyed our stay at this property and were able to relax for 6 days. Watching the Canadian geese fly in every morning and out in the evening was a highlight of our stay. Also, the sunsets were very beautiful and can be viewed from the balcony.

We came for a family get together for Labor Day weekend! This place did not disappoint. The home matched the pictures and was very well maintained! The location was very easy to find and not far from downtown couer d Alene. The kitchen was well equipped (Altho q prior review stated there was a keurig- it’s actually a nespresso but they have a classic coffee pot as well!) There are stairs leading down to the water so if you are elderly or have a hard time doing a number or stairs- be warned. This is very typical of couer d Alene if you aren’t familiar with the area. It is unlikely you will find a place on the water without having stairs to climb. The dock is excellent- there is a high dive for fun jumping off and they provide two kayaks and two paddle boards with a wide array of life vests. Fire pit is well equipped with wood and pre cut logs. The propane fire pit on the balcony is also great for enjoying the views. I would absolutely recommend this location.

We rented Almost Heaven for my mother’s 70th Birthday weekend and it was every bit as heavenly as the photos, if not more! The home was well appointed in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views from both the upstairs and downstairs. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was a welcomed amenity after we rode the Hiawatha bike trail. We loved visiting DT CDA – especially the new Bottle Joy beer and wine spot and the Stylus wine and vinyl bar. Make sure to carve out time for dinner at the Wolf Lodge Inn! We did have trouble locking the downstairs slider at the home, but were assured that it would be addressed quickly when we let the rental company know upon check out. Would absolutely rent again!

What a great stay! The location is perfect and the house is laid out in a way that we weren’t tripping over each other and people could have their own space.

Adorable cottage – just enough space for 4 adults. Plenty of gathering spots. Love the location to Stubbs hill hiking, downtown restaurants and shops, golf course and grocery store. Backyard was a highlight! Would 100% stay here again!

House was clean and adequately stocked. Not as organized as I would have expected but nothing to worry about. Everything worked great

Great location to walk everywhere we needed to be. Well kept and supplied, great value – couldn’t have asked for anything more. Enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space, too!

This is an Amazing property, views were gorgeous after the smoke cleared out from fires in nearby states. Home was very clean and accommodating. Had an excellent stay and experience with this rental. Would highly recommend this property

A lovely property perfect for a family reunion. We had 6 adults staying at the house and multiple visitors. The large kitchen and multiple living spaces made it comfortable. Some of us could stay at the large dining table to talk. Others could wander up the short flight of stairs to watch football. The house is in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. Everyone marveled at how quite it was, we slept great. The home is walking distance to Sander’s Beach and Tubbs Hill. A couple of us did walk the Tubbs Hill loop. We took the family shopping along Sherman and wandered around the lodge.

We could not have asked for a better location or property. I’m fit all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had lots of seating for all of us. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Just a great home, excellent setting and property. We had a group of 8, could have easily made it 12. The home is set up well for entertaining.

Had a wonderful time with Family celebrating the end of summer Labor Day weekend. This is the 2nd year we have stayed here for the Holiday and cannot say enough GREAT things about this home as everything about it is fantastic. 🙂

If you love walking, this is the perfect place! Absolutely loved the walking accessibility through a charming neighborhood to downtown Coeur d’Alene. The home is clean, spacious, & provided everything we needed.

We loved this house! Great layout especially for 3 floors for a bit of privacy if you need it, the ping pong table was great, and the location is excellent. 5/5 I would highly recommend this place!

Great house, great location, perfect for our big group. Loved the big outside lawn space and hammock, as well as the game room with the pool table! 10/10 would recommend!

We rented this large for a 40th birthday party, which included three generations of guests. Easily accommodate 20 people plus a few day guests. As well as multiple gathering places in the house, the outside was well equipped with furniture to enjoy the outdoors with a view of the lake. A small lake however is a steep hike and not recommended for swimming or fishing. I would love to host Thanksgiving dinner here in this large kitchen that is so well-stocked with dishes and cookware! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My family and I loved everything!! Location was great, restaurants nearby and within walking distance, and this 2 bedroom condo was perfect!! It was so cozy, clean, and we felt right at home!! Thank you for a great stay!! We will definitely be returning.

Had a great time during our annual golf trip! The house was extremely spacious and clean. Can’t wait to return!

The house was perfectly located right across the street from the edge of the lake, and a 5min walk to downtown. The rental team was incredibly responsive and very easy to coordinate with to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay!
