The house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked. The house’s proximity to the resort and downtown CDA was incredibly convenient. We will look to stay here again for our next visit.

Great place. Beautiful house. Close to downtown. We came during the hottest time of year – this place does not have central ac – but they provide plenty of window units and fans to make it comfortable. thank you.

The house was wonderful. I think the location is the best place in all of CDA, the big picture windows not only gave great light but also for the views to watch the activities around us. Both patios were used a lot as was the hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom layout. For 3 bedrooms with different families and only one bathroom downstairs was sometimes a challenge. Even if there was a half bath down there it would help. On the easier side to fix, there were only 4 wine glasses, not many spoons and the regular coffeepot needs upgrading. Also the mattress in the master bedroom is too old. The complaints are just for your information because all 8 of us loved the house, the locaton, the space and the ambiance. Very well equipped and in a quiet neighborhood. Close to town and only 1 block from upcoming Midtown development. 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. Big backyard. Good parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Our overall experience was great. Just for your info incase not aware the master shower leaks out on floor. Not sure if this is where should ask but just discoverering that probably left black seat cushion that would like back. House cleaners find it?

We booked this house very short notice because the other house we booked originally was so bad that we had to change it.
The communition was very smooth, the house it self was great. Very clean , spacious and well equipped. The 12 of us were very comfortable. The location of this house is also a plus. Close to everything including the lake. Highly recommend it and would definatly go back .

This property was great as we have 3 teens who could go to and from town easily. Easy walk to Tubbs Hill, restaurants, shops, and beach. Bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

The views are excellent. Access to the private dock is a 5 minute walk down the road and across a small highway. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset over the lake, which was also nice to drink our morning coffee on. We saw a few deer walk through the yard which was very cool. We enjoyed walking and biking on the Centennial Trail which runs down by the water. The drive to downtown took less than 10mins. We would recommend this property. It fit our family of 5 nicely.

This is intended for the VRBO staff only!! We had an awesome time! Thank you very much. Here are some suggestions that I think will improve the experience: Place some garbage cans in the kitchen/bathrooms. There is no where to put garbage. We ended up leaving plastic grocery bags in different spots to put the day to day trash in. There are not hooks or towel racks anywhere. Towels were stored on the counter which also had to hold wet towels. This reduced the available counter space to near nothing. There is something blocking or preventing the kitchen faucet nozzle from coming out of its holder very far which limits the ability to wash or rinse dishes or even fill up the coffee pot. Again, we had an awesome time and appreciate you for making this home available to us.

The house met all of our needs and there was plenty of room for everyone. It is close to the lake and downtown.

This place was fabulous! Comfortable beds, spacious feeling, FULLY stocked, and great location! Close to the beach, Mceuen Park, stores, shops, restaurants… We could walk everywhere. The garage was my kids favorites! The bikes, the ping pong and foosball tables, the stroller, the wagon, the beach umbrella, the skate board, the scooter… It was amazing! The kitchen was easy to manuveur and very stocked!! Even my special needs son was comfortable here and that says a lot!!

We really enjoyed the spot. It was nice having the privacy and space that we did. The house itself was excellent and the back yard was enjoyable too. A very nice place to relax after a day out and about! We were able to see whitetail numerous times. The turkeys came out multiple days during our 4 day stay. We even saw a cow elk on the first night.

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful home on a quiet cove. Very relaxing. Parking is the only challenge, as indicated in the listing.

Couer de Alene has a lot to offer. This place was amazing for the location and walking distance to local shopping and access to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a good time in this beautiful home. It overlooked the lake and the scenery was tranquil. Close to downtown coeur d’alene and all the activities.

The house was great for our two families! One family stayed in the upstairs bedrooms the other family stayed in the downstairs bedrooms. Was nice to have the space and the kids loved the pool table. The location was fantastic! We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and even the marina. Everything is so close. The main area isn’t overly large, so there’s not a lot of extra room for eating and hanging out upstairs. But would recommend this house to others!

House is great for families with 4 bedrooms. Spacious, clean and well-stocked. Game room is a nice bonus. Lots of fun playing shuffle board! Nice neighborhood and front porch was great in the mornings and evenings. AC and sound system work great. We would stay here again.

Great view from the deck and in a beautiful neighborhood. Kitchen and main floor were really beautiful.
