Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to downtown CDA.

This home was Very clean and spacious. Easy check in which is nice. We loved that the kids had there own space down stairs and the adults upstairs. Very good overall

This is our third visit at Riverstone condos and every condo including this one was amazing. Accurately described, comfy beds, close to everything. Had trouble finding the outside door that takes you up to the third floor but we asked the nice lady cleaning the hallways so no big deal.

Perfect place if you’re an outdoor type of person, fire pit, fire table, barbecue, hot tub, lawn etc. Will definitely be coming back! Fairly secluded as well, didn’t have to worry too much about neighbors or noise as much as we anticipated.

A very pleasant, comfortable, beautiful home with a great location! We loved the backyard firepit for roasting smores. My boys loved the pool table downstairs! The living room was nice for watching movies/shows together.

Very easy to rent. I suggest maybe extra blankets in the bottom floor seemed as if it was a little cold down there. The stairs to go downstairs are pretty steep, be sure to keep handicapped folks upstairs.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and the location is second to none. Countless restaurants, shops, the beach, the marina…you name it and it’s within five minutes walking distance. Excellent rental-highly recommend!!

A great house in a fantastic location. Ist time here, both the city and house were great, recomend it and will likely return. Great location, for young and old alike. House was well laid out and supplied. Hot tub nice way to end the day. Enjoyed the downtown area in walking distance.

Very impressed by this property with lots of room for extended family. Quite comfortable. Terrific yard area, but recommend adding at least one additional picnic table and lawn chairs. Also, the land line was referenced in materials, but no number provided and phone and no dial tone. Overall very pleased with this VRBO!

A great house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We loved the spacious living area that accommodated our whole group. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds and lots of extra blankets and throws. Nice to have the option of parking in the garage. We would definitely stay there again!

A beautiful view! We loved the private park with the beach, dock, volleyball net, cornhole, etc. The house was clean and simple and had everything we needed. We’d recommend it.

We had a great stay with our family and friends at the house for July 4th weekend. The view of Hayden Lake is absolutely beautiful, and the house was really well appointed and so comfortable, with a huge yard. It was a perfect location, only about 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene and maybe about 20-30 minutes to Silverwood. There were deer and wild turkeys all around, which we really enjoyed watching. The pool table was a great bonus, and we all had a great time playing pool together. We definitely would have loved to stay longer and spent more time paddle boarding on Hayden Lake. Perfect!!

Really enjoyed this home and how clean it was as well as the proximity to downtown. Only about a 10 min walk and awesome backyard for enjoying the fantastic summer weather. Host was also super communicative. We’ll be back for sure!

What a gem!! Had a wonderful stay and great times hanging out at fire table chatting with old friends. A nice clean walk to downtown to enjoy amazing food options as well as drinks at karaoke. I would highly recommend this place to be your go to spot when you visit just try not to book when I plan on visiting lol jk!

Great place for a family reunion! We were all comfortable and able to cook large meals without being on top of each other. Would definitely stay again!

The house was in a great location. Close enough to walk to the lake or downtown. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beautiful area.
The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had some essentials like spices for cooking and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. There was plenty of room for the entire Family. The pool room was a plus. Loved having 3 bathrooms. The staff at vacation rentals was very helpful and accommodating. When I had a question they were quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was extremely well set up for our needs! We had everything we could possibly have needed. Loved the proximity to downtown and the resort. Property management was extremely responsive- but we need anything.
