The house was wonderful. I think the location is the best place in all of CDA, the big picture windows not only gave great light but also for the views to watch the activities around us. Both patios were used a lot as was the hot tub. The only downside was the bathroom layout. For 3 bedrooms with different families and only one bathroom downstairs was sometimes a challenge. Even if there was a half bath down there it would help. On the easier side to fix, there were only 4 wine glasses, not many spoons and the regular coffeepot needs upgrading. Also the mattress in the master bedroom is too old. The complaints are just for your information because all 8 of us loved the house, the locaton, the space and the ambiance. This place was fabulous! Comfortable beds, spacious feeling, FULLY stocked, and great location! Close to the beach, Mceuen Park, stores, shops, restaurants… We could walk everywhere. The garage was my kids favorites! The bikes, the ping pong and foosball tables, the stroller, the wagon, the beach umbrella, the skate board, the scooter… It was amazing! The kitchen was easy to manuveur and very stocked!! Even my special needs son was comfortable here and that says a lot!!

Beautiful home and great location!! The backyard was very relaxing. The only thing was there was a lot of dog hair on the couch (from the previous renter?) otherwise loved it!

Beautiful place, very clean with everything you need. Very short walk to the lake and 7 minute bike ride to downtown. We loved it!

We had such a good time in this beautiful home. It overlooked the lake and the scenery was tranquil. Close to downtown coeur d’alene and all the activities.

This property is convenient For strolling the downtown area. The beds were awesome. The kitchen has all anyone would need. All appliances are up-to-date. We really enjoyed this property.

This is a great property to drink wine on the deck or coffee in the morning looking at the eagles and osprey flying over the river. Home is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

It was wonderful to have all of the shops and restaurants literally downstairs.

Our overall experience was great. Just for your info incase not aware the master shower leaks out on floor. Not sure if this is where should ask but just discoverering that probably left black seat cushion that would like back. House cleaners find it?

We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids, ages 1, 5, and 9. This house has a ton of room and was perfect. You can’t beat the location! We walked to the park, splash pad, lake, restaurants, and coffee shops. We usually camp in CDA, but I think this will be our go to from now on! For our 1 year old we did bring our own necessities like stroller, pack n play, and high chair. I am sure they would have these things available if asked. We also had all of our own beach gear – chairs, towels, sand toys, cooler etc.

Great stay in the most comfortable place and two blocks away from midtown! Spent most of our time in the patio, protected from the heat.

The property was perfect for our birthday celebration with kayaking and exploring the area. Close enough to CDA without the traffic and beautiful peaceful view watching for eagles and geese flying overhead. We had all that we needed. I would add a Keurig coffee machine to update a little.

Great home with a lovely view. Property worked well for large family group. Home was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

We loved everything about this property! The furnishings and attention to detail was very pleasing.
The view was absolutely beautiful and we loved having access to the dock and use of paddle boards and kayaks.
If I had anything to criticize on it would be the inconvenience of steps entering the home and crossing a semi busy street with dogs and children to get to the water.
All in all I would stay again. Wonderful family gathering home.

The location of this property was great! It was about a 10 minute walk to downtown CdA and far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We had 4 couples and the house fit us all and our needs perfectly! We can’t wait to book again next time!

Great property that allows dogs and air conditioning!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous area of Idaho. If you’re looking for something off the beaten path, this is a perfect fit. Note that it’s ~20min from town, but well worth the drive to get to the secluded woods. We’ll be back!
