We were in CDA for my dad’s 60th birthday. This house was very clean, very well located (10-15 min walk to downtown CDA), in a quiet neighborhood and spacious. Will definitely consider going back.

Renting this property was a very easy process

Great location and incredible views! The house was set up nice and easily accommodated ours girls trip with 7 of us. The beach isn’t that far away but using a vehicle to get there is recommended. The road has several switchbacks and is very steep.

We loved our stay here. No one wanted to come home. We stayed here with the grandparents, the two boys and our dog for a week and it was peaceful and beautiful. We got to play in the creek most afternoons after a big breakfast around the dining room table. We saw deer practically every day in the backyard. We also saw a cougar out the master bedroom window. We took tons of pictures. lol We enjoyed playing games at night and the boys became pretty skilled at foosball by the end of the trip. It’s close enough that we went to town and played at a splash park, took a day and went to Silverwood, went shopping at the farmer’s market and walked on the longest floating boardwalk in the country. Plus the AC works like a champ for those 90 degree days. Thank you for the incredible stay. We can not wait to come back.

Great house in great location, within walking distance to most everything in Coeur d’Alene. It could use one more shower, most likely downstairs, for larger groups. The kitchen was possibly the best equipped kitchen that we’ve ever experienced in rental houses over the last 25 years.

The place was really great. The location was fantastic for walking into downtown CDA and the house was spacious enough for 4 couples. I was specifically looking for a place where all 8 of us could sit at the dining room table to eat or play games and we could all relax together in the living room. The house was perfect for that. I definitely would recommend.

Our whole family was able to enjoy this home! We made a bbq for 20 of us effortlessly! Close to the lake, hiking , stones etc etc! Love love love!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was just as described and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The bedrooms did get a bit warm. We did bring a table fan with us and opened the windows which helped a bunch. The only thing I wished they had was a blow dryer. And if you like bar soap for the shower, bring your own. I think there was a shower gel, but we used our own soap. We enjoyed the patio in the morning, so lovely. And the cutest, sweetest cat would be there to greet us in the morning and evening. Location is beautiful. Easy drive to Hauser Lake public access. We swam and paddle boarded. And about a 30 min. drive to Coeur D’Alene where we enjoyed the lake there and yummy restaurants that were recommended in the welcome book. I had a couple questions and they responded very quickly. Would visit again.

Great house, perfect for a large party! Very nice rooms, large living and dining rooms. Master bedroom has a large bathroom, with jacuzzi and walk in shower, plenty of storage room. We enjoyed the location, especially the proximity to the beach.
A couple of nits that can be easily improved: the kitchen is lightly equipped compared to other Airbnbs we’ve been in (e.g., no coffee pods). The master bedroom can have better curtains/shades, to avoid waking up early in summer days.

We loved our time at this condo it was beautiful and the area was amazing the view incredible it was peaceful and very well decorated and close to many things to do everything was great

This house was perfect for our two families and our dogs! The best part it was close to downtown which we loved! We look forward to a future trip:) Just FYI- there were some issues with left bottom burner it wouldn’t turn off at one point. And the power did go out twice at one point. Otherwise it was great!

We loved staying at this house! It’s a nice location with a beautiful view. It was large enough to accommodate our big group comfortably. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back.

We’ve stayed at a few houses in town before and the locations were much closer to the waterfront but we were very pleased with the remodel in the house which made the stay enjoyable. The neighbors house was a bit sketchy and they had some overgrown grass and junked cars.

We had a great vacation at this house. We would absolutely stay here again!! Props to the owners for having so many things accessible and available to use in the home.

Beautiful property on the river. The view is to die for. Very clean and completely outfitted, and nice and quiet. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
