What Our Guests Are Saying
Comfortable convient condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view right on the Spokane River was lovely and serene with the mountains on the opposite shore. It was very quiet and yet close to Spokane and Couer d Alene. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Many places to eat in the area and we tried several. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our visit to CdA was exceptional. The home we stayed in was exactly what Airbnb said it was like. The home was very clean and well appointed. The location was great. I will defiantly stay there again.
Plenty of room for everyone

I’m from North Idaho. Went up to visit friends for a girls’ weekend. Everything was great except there was no dish soap which made cleaning difficult. There was plenty of room for everyone!
Perfect place to escape!

Perfectly secluded, beautiful home. My girlfriend and I were very pleasantly surprised, the pictures don’t give justice to the beautiful view. Half the home is made of windows that offered a beautiful summer breeze of fresh air. The dock was a perfect relaxation station overlooking the lake. Perfect for two or a small family, though I wouldn’t recommend if you have multiple couples as there is only a pony wall between the bedroom and living room (unless you don’t mind the limited privacy). Overall: heavenly and difficult to leave.

Our stay was fantastic– the home was very close to good cafes and town. The house itself was lovely, and plenty large enough for four couples. Highly recommend!
This place is huge and spectacular inside

We had a group of 16 family members from across the US come and stay with us for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect and actually has more beds than we needed, even for our huge group. We really liked that the house was a real vacation rental without any personal stuff filling closets and cabinets. The luxury was felt by all of us. We loved our family vacation and we highly recommend this home and we will be using it again ourselves.
wonderful condo

We had a wonderful trip to Post Falls. The condo is very luxuriously furnished with a beautiful view of the Spokane River and Falls. The condo is on the 4th floor and has a elevator if you don’t want to get your climbing steps in. It is very well furnished and stocked and extremely quiet and peaceful. We liked that the condo was located between Coeur d’Alene and Spokane. We spent one day hiking near Coeur d’Alene, one day shopping in Spokane and the next day biking the Trail of the Coeur d’Alenes. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

We stayed at this property the last week of July for our grandson’s wedding. It was very comfortable. Also had a small family reunion with family from the East. It was very clean and up to date appliances. Location was great, within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to other locations. We were very happy with everything and would stay there again. Would recommend this for families and friends.

We had a quiet, peaceful stay in September. Cabin is beautiful and pictures are accurate. This is a small cabin that feels roomy because of the high ceiling. Two beds are in the loft with ladder access only. May not be suitable for little kids. It says it sleeps 6, but keep in mind that there is only one bathroom and the sink area is not closed off from the toilet/shower. There were only two of us staying, so it was a great amount of space. The kitchen had adequate supplies for cooking and cleanup. Local channels on the TV with good reception plus a DVD player. No WiFi. BBQ was good-sized with plenty of propane; deck area was fantastic and had nice plug-in lights for evening. There was a fire pit area on the grass. Plenty of firewood under the deck stairs. Bring your own paper to start the fire. We took the canoe out and there is a box on the dock with life jackets and oars. This cabin can be a bit tricky to find as there is no address posted outside. They give clear directions and if you look at it on Google Maps, you will have a good idea of how to get there. Our cel carrier is Verizon and we had good reception the whole time. Had to go out to the dock to post pictures on Facebook, though. Property management let us in earlier than the 4:00 check in, which was nice. Housekeeping showed up earlier than 11, just checking to see if we had left. She gave no pressure for us to leave and went down the road and parked. We passed her on the way out and let her know we were checked out. They do a nice job cleaning the place; even leave a brand new sponge for the kitchen sink. Key pad for the front door, so no keys to lose–nice! No garbage pickup here; they give you instructions as to where a community dumpster sight is located for trash. Housekeeping doesn’t take it. Not a big deal, as you pass this dumpster sight on your way to Coeur d’Alene. This cabin is about 25-30 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. It is right on Hwy 97, and is winding and slow, but a beautiful drive along the lake. Lots of deer, so drive slowly. There is a neighborhood dock that the cabin shares a driveway/parking with. It was off-season, so we saw no one. It might be quite a bit busier during the summer. Loved this place and would stay again! Property management was easy to work with.
