The property was easy to find, had all the amenities we needed, was close to everything, was on a beautiful lake with much to do, close to CDA to do things and to Silverwood. Highly recommend as it was spacious and was a very well-maintained property. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a fantastic stay! Gorgeous home with beautiful and thoughtful decorating. Amazing decks and view of Hayden Lake. Saw deer and turkeys in the backyard- so peaceful! The downstairs was perfect for the kids with the pool table and bunk bed room. We loved the kitchen and open space upstairs. The house was equipped with everything we could think we needed and more! Very beautiful home and would definitely book again!

The property is beautiful and would make a wonderful home for hosting a large family gathering. The $450 cleaning fee is absolutely insane. Nice property though

We enjoyed your beautiful house, love the decoration, the deers visit on neighborhood is amazing, very cozy house, the bed super comfy all and all we don’t want to leave, this is high recommend to rent when you want a family home. Very fast on answering questions & super helpful. Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house the carpentry very impressive.

Rent the house for our family Thanksgiving so we could all stay in one spot. There were 5 of us all together. 4 adults and 1 teen oh and couple dogs.
Beautiful and comfortable home in excellent neighborhood. Just know there are lots of deer passing thru and pooping all over the yard. Had one issue with a neighbor’s golden retriever chasing our dog in the rental properties yard. Assume it’s a neighbors dog that frequents the place since generally vacant. Yard not fully fenced.

Our favorite home yet! Stunning view of water on a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by lush nature. Deer and wild turkeys were a delightful highlight! The fall colors are divine. Home truthfully felt like a hug from loving grandparents.

Our stay at this home was everything we had imagined and more! The house was extremely clean and well kept.
We enjoyed cooking in the large and fabulously stocked kitchen, and spending time in the cozy open-attached great room. The warmth of the fireplace and beautiful furnishings throughout the house were appreciated by all of us. So many extra touches provided for guests! And the library was an added bonus! We did not utilize the basement area, but spent plenty of time on the large deck where we were able to take in the glorious view, relaxing and enjoying the company of our dear friends. We give this a top-rate recommendation! Hilltop at Hayden Lake was our best VRBO rental experience since beginning our travel years!

Great vacation spot. Lots to do in the house without going anywhere. Super clean and comfortable. I wish they would have said that there was spikeball and cornhole in the garage lol.

What a great location for a quiet family vacation in the northwest. Great views of the lake as well as mountains all around. Short drive to Montana, Washington State and Oregon. We had a lovely time and would stay again. Great experience.

My husband, myself, our two kids/their spouses, our grand dog (small golden doodle) and our 7 mo old granddaughter really enjoyed this house! There was not any “equipment” for a baby, but we just brought it ! House was clean, well-equipped, there was space/bathroom for each couple, the decks/views were amazing and while it wasn’t right in town, it was just a short distance away. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, great yard, easy access… This house was just perfect and if we are ever back in Coeur d’Alene, I will rent here again.

It is a beautiful home with high end materials and design. We had a minor issue with the entry door lock and they had someone come out in less than an hour of notification. The property managers are very responsive and easy to work with - very professional. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Thanks

This house is so cozy and the perfect retreat. It is spacious and accommodating for a larger number of people. Everyone felt like they had their own privacy and space, but also the main spaces created a great opportunity to bring everyone together. Loved it had so many bathrooms also!

This rental is exactly as described, in great condition and clean from top to bottom. The unit was stocked with all the necessary essentials (spices and oils, trash bags, tinfoil, soaps, and consumables) which helped us avoid another thing from the store. The large assortment of tea was a pleasant surprise. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks again.

We loved staying at your home. It had a beautiful view of the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer and turkeys around the house and on our walks. House was very comfortable and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed for our 10 day stay. Would love to stay at the house again if our travels bring us to Coeur d'Alene again.

We had a great stay at the Hilltop Lodge in Hayden/Coeur d’Alene! The home was perfectly equipped for our family of 5. Plenty of space, beautifully furnished and a great view from the huge back deck. Lots of unique personal touches in the decor that we appreciated too. We used the lodge as a base camp for day trips to Silverwood theme park (~25 mins away), and it was ideal. There are a ton of retail and dining options in the Hayden area that were super convenient. We will definitely be booking again for our next amusement park adventure!

We loved our stay here! The house is huge, very well taken care of and the views are gorgeous. Huge yard, entire lower level with a pool table and lounge area, TWO sets of bunks for kids. Fully stocked. Beds were very comfy. We will be back

We had a great stay with our family and friends at the house for July 4th weekend. The view of Hayden Lake is absolutely beautiful, and the house was really well appointed and so comfortable, with a huge yard. It was a perfect location, only about 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d’Alene and maybe about 20-30 minutes to Silverwood. There were deer and wild turkeys all around, which we really enjoyed watching. The pool table was a great bonus, and we all had a great time playing pool together. We definitely would have loved to stay longer and spent more time paddle boarding on Hayden Lake. Perfect!!
